    Great idea and works well

    Date: Feb 20 2025

Summary: It's a promising new app and I'm happy I've found it and use it. It's got some features that I haven't seen used before and most importantly unlike the other apps out there, it doesn't do cloud based sharing of data which I value tremendously for myself and patients information. This feature should really be industry standard.

Positive: I've been using this app now for the best past of a fortnight and have found it to be incredibly clever. It works offline so my patient data is not compromised which is essential in the healthcare industry. It provides transcriptions and note taking but the cleverest features is that is also does real time suggestions on questions to ask and the top three potential diagnoses. I've not seen this with any other apps. It's pretty spot on, but of course as it's AI, you still need to use your clinical judgment.

Negative: I would like to see that it could be integrated into my current software. It does have a good work around in that you can share the file directly to your system, which also works as well.

    Great tool for medical practitioners

    Date: Feb 20 2025

Summary: Excellent tool in this day and age for a doctor to have. AI definitely has a role in medicine as this app shows. Would happily recommend to others.

Positive: This app has a number of useful features - it has the (now) standard transcriptions from audio. However uniquely it makes a summary for the notes, prompts the doctor for questions to ask in real-time which. It also gives the top three differential diagnoses according to the conversation. Then if you're unsure how it got those diagnoses you can expand an explantation. I've been quite impressed with it. The difference - other than the above features - between it and other apps is that it is offline. Not only is this ideal for privacy, essential for health records, but it is also useful in rural areas with no internet connectivity.

Negative: I'd be interested to see if more features could be added like photo integration to aid with diagnoses of rashes etc.
