Summary: Our company, Musicdibs, a leading platform for decentralized rights registration using blockchain technology based in Spain, is currently in a legal dispute with the exchange Dex-Trade.com due to a serious breach of terms initially agreed upon during negotiations for an Initial Coin Offering (IEO).

IEO Background:
We initially came to an agreement with official Dex-Trade representatives under the following conditions:

A guaranteed IEO fundraising amount, which was confirmed 100% during negotiation, with over 40 example projects shared.
Listing on two exchanges, Dex-Trade.com and Bitstorage.finance, the latter at an additional cost.

Breach of Terms:

After a week of IEO on Dex-Trade.com, there have been zero token sales, while our parallel presale on our own platform is progressing smoothly as scheduled. Additionally, our technical team has verified that the “second exchange” Bitstorage.finance is, in fact, a duplicate of Dex-Trade.com with a different interface, raising serious concerns about the validity of the service provided, as we paid an additional fee for what turns out to be the same exchange.

Refund Request and Agreement Cancellation:
In light of these findings, our legal department has repeatedly requested, backed by evidence (screenshots of the negotiation with official managers certified on blockchain), the immediate cancellation of the campaign and a full refund of the amount paid.

So far, Dex-Trade.com’s official managers have responded only with denials and evasive answers and have refused to refund the fees. They referred us to a contact email without providing a concrete resolution. In a further attempt, our executive team has tried to reach Dex-Trade.com’s C-level executives, but without success, as their details are not listed on Dex-Trade.com’s site. We’ve had to turn to professional networks like LinkedIn to locate them.

This behavior not only contradicts the terms of our agreement but also harms our project’s reputation and raises suspicions about Dex-Trade.com’s honesty as a company. Therefore, to protect our community, we have decided to issue a statement and end all ties with Dex-Trade.com, canceling the planned listing.

Summary: On February 20, 2024, I was introduced to the Dex-Trade team for a possible new cryptocurrency token listing. After 2 days of negotiations, we came to an agreement and signed their contract. We explained concerns that we had regarding listing, such as high gas fees on our contract due to the complexity, as well as concerns directly from our dev. However our token contract address was verified by Oleksandr and the Dex-Trade team, and we were assured that listing would be successful. In fact, they said they’ve never not been able to list a token.

We paid the agreed upon $2,500 listing fee to start the integration. Several days into the process, Dex-Trade requested more money from us. We refused to send more funds. They said in order to list our token, we need to completely change our contract - which we cannot do, or pay them more money.

We tried to reason with them for a refund, or even a part refund, but they have refused. Their reason: we did not outline our concerns on the integration form (rather we only shared these concerns to the listing manager and directly to the Dex-Trade team).

This 3 day integration process has turned into an expensive 20 day lesson.

New projects, beware! Do not use this scam exchange!

Positive: They advertise cheap token listing services. Well you get what you pay for.. Actually, no we didn’t get what we paid for!!

Negative: Lied to us. Took advantage of our situation. Offered no help. Did not fulfill obligations. Took $2,500 and ran!!!

Summary: Scam and nothing more. A few days ago I deposited tokens, sold them and got banned. I tried to contact support, but in response I get communication with a bot.

Positive: Really nothing. Dex-Trade is a scam. They aren't honest. They are typical scammers without brains.

Negative: I hate Dex-Trade. They are scammers.
