    Summary: Haven't used it very long but so far so good. We only have the basic program but it has been a great help in coordinating our dispatching

    Positive: Ease of use, drivers are able to plan there day easily and enjoy the simplicity .photo option has been helpful.

    Negative: Some drivers would prefer to know what is planed for the next day.

    Summary: Overall in terms of performance and system are on the par, quite complete system which All in one. The only thing is always direct to old version, apart from that, everything is good to me, and for sure I will recommend for those who want this delivery system management software.

    Summary: GREAT!! The Detrack software and app is the easiest to use. One of my older employees was worried about whether he could learn the system or not.; but he is very impressed with the ease of the system.

    Positive: I like the GPS, the EPOD, etc to give real time updates to our customers. Customer service and support has been so great since this is my first time using this software.

    Convenient and Hassle-free Onboarding

    Summary: The setup and onboarding phase was really quick as my company has a small in-house delivery fleet. The vehicles were added with just a download of the app and scanning of the QR code/input of Detrack ID which was quick and simple. Start and end depots, locations, working hours, maximum capacity etc. were saved. Delivery Jobs were imported using an excel template and routes were optimized easily with multiple route optimization. However as our delivery staff were accustomed to certain areas in Singapore, we requested for a feature update of a visual representation of unassigned jobs on the map where our planner can select and assign jobs from there. Detrack took about a week or so to launch a working Beta feature and it works well. Currently trying to work with integration with our e-commerce website to push delivery info straight into Detrack to eliminate manual input.

    Positive: Onboarding and setup was quick and easy. Dashboard is easy to navigate and understand. POD functions are simple and straightforward to use and provides live feedback/notifications to the receiver/dispatcher. Support staff is very helpful in answering enquiries as well as responding to feedbacks and feature improvements. Route optimization is decent with single and multiple routes options. Integration with e-commerce websites through available API connector cuts down manual data entry.

    Negative: Slightly more premium in pricing structure for access to route optimization.

    Summary: I am very impressed with the platform, its responsiveness and the way it has helped us grow our business.

    Positive: The ability for our customers to track their delivery, view images of the delivered product, and know that our packages have arrived safely and securely has meant our own customer reviews have skyrocketed which in turn has generated an increase in 15% of new business in the past 3 months.
    It is so easy for us to upload our website orders and be able to quickly and accurately communicate with drivers and the courier team.

    Negative: Haven't encountered any issues although I do sometimes worry what would happen if the internet was to go down!

    Summary: A major asset to our operation. I can't imagine not having this program/product. There are a lot of features we still haven't used that I'm sure we can explore some more ways it can help our business but I would definitely recommend.

    Positive: -Live updates to the driver when changes made
    -Live tracking of the driver
    -Integrated call, gps and POD capturing within the window with minimal switching of screens required
    -Super Simple for the driver
    -Very customizable
    -Fabulous Customer Service

    Negative: -Have had difficulty with embedding images not showing up but support has helped every step of the way
    -Special instructions not displaying to the driver after they hit next location, they would have to go into the delivery to see [would be nice if the special instructions just popped up
    -auto resending of emails when changing a driver or details, would be nice if it asked, would you like to resend. Also cant send notifications for items added to today's run

    Summary: My overall experience has been very positive, I have been able to navigate the system quite easily as this software is presented in a simple format. I feel this product has significantly helped me to keep on track of deliveries.

    Positive: Detrack provides a user-friendly interface that makes it easier to track deliveries, which in turn increases our client satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this product to others.

    Negative: One issue we ran across was that some sites we use to sell our products such as Etsy do not accept Detrack as proof of delivery. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.
