Denoto Description

An attorney, judge, paralegal or physically challenged person can use a realtime browser to view and preserve a record of a live proceeding. Denoto gives the physically handicapped the chance to have "equal access to" the record. Denoto can be used by a judge to review any part of a realtime testimony or to examine other records in order to decide on objections. Denoto can be used by an attorney to view the testimony in realtime or to use Denoto's case management functions for research and review of earlier testimonies. Instant review can be very useful in identifying discrepancies within a testimony and allows the attorney to impeach a person. You can export the record to your preferred word processor using RTF protocol Synchronized Page/Line number with the court reporter.
