DeepScribe’s AI-powered scribe captures the natural conversation between a clinician and patient and automatically writes medical documentation, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care instead of note-taking.
Through an easy-to-use mobile app, DeepScribe records the natural clinical encounter and transcribes it in real time. Our proprietary AI then extracts the medical information from the transcript, classifies it into a standard note, and then integrates that note directly into a clinician’s electronic health record system.
Unlike traditional scribes, dictation tools, or other solutions, the ambient nature of DeepScribe means it doesn’t intrude on the patient visit or disrupt the clinical workflow. Providers can simply talk to their patient like normal, then review their notes after the visit and sign-off in their EHR. DeepScribe handles documentation, charting, and even populates suggested diagnostic coding based on the information extracted from the visit.

This is a life saver! Date: May 12 2022
Summary: I'm very happy with DeepScribe. I can always refer back to the transcription or recording if something didn't wasn't caught, and although the software can't write my add-on psychotherapy notes, with the information in the SOAP note it makes the psychotherapy note much easier.
Positive: I was struggling badly to get my notes done on a daily basis, and DeepScribe has made it so much easier.
Negative: There are sometimes transcription errors, and it's not capable of writing therapy notes.

Summary: DeepScribe representatives have been really great to work with. I would recommend checking to their software.
Positive: Representatives are very responsive and helpful when we have issues or questions. They were very proactive in finding a way to work with our medical software.
Negative: Only con would be there is not a direct integration with our software but they have found a way for it to work.

Summary: I work as a single provider in a practice and I do not have a scribe I do a lot of extra clerical work because I have a very small amount of staff DeepScribe has given me back my weekends and has given me back my life it may not be perfect but they are continuously making improvements and they get back to me immediately whenever I have a concern they have taken my charting down from approximately 10 to 15 minutes per chart down to 3 to 5 and that includes the super bill they have made my life so much easier.
Positive: Has drastically reduced my charting time being able to create my own macros is amazing and allows for me to customize my charting depending on the type of Patient the customer service is absolutely wonderful they always respond immediately to any concerns I have.
Negative: In the beginning there was some lag time on getting the charts Completed by the scribe system however that has been completely resolved the only other issue I can see would be that it doesn’t pick up when the patient has a very soft voice but that’s not their fault.
