Summary: Overall very good AI product. Certainly heading into right direction, in saving time, generating comprehensive progress note.

Positive: I used to spend a lots of time in HPI, ROS and PE. It generated comprehensive HPI, separate out ROS. You can your own format for PE, and it would mark positive findings in PE section. At end it generated really good plan and also patient's instructions. Another thing I like is that you can search for particular word on the website. I also started using it lengthy medical record, as you can upload PDF files and generate summary.

Negative: It is not integrated in the EMR I use. I was told by customer service they are working on the integration and would love the end results. May be in future may also see it generating diagnosis based on abnormal lab values.

Negative: I can't really say there's anything I didn't enjoy about the platform.

Positive: I like that I am able to customize the templates to what I need for the practice. This is very easy program that is very beneficial for my company.

Negative: The only thing I did not like was the delay between sets.

This feels as though it ultimately increases quality of clinical care.

Something unique about this software is that it feels the more the user uploads data or any information related to what would be helpful for the provider to remember, the more the software feels very much personalized to the need of the provider.

Positive: Big picture it saves time and allows one to focus on patient interaction.
Useful features like personalized templates, audio/video upload, automatic transcription, speech recognition, and full text search.
Responds to conversational English. It doesn't require learning a new language and technical jargon to utilize its features.

Negative: It's not 100% perfect in executing my requests, but looking at the big picture the pros far outweigh any cons. Like any product, improvements are likely with future updates.

Summary: My overall experience was very positive. It was easy to use. I anticipate it has a lot of potential creating a new type of EMR system.

Positive: DeepCura AI is fast and responsive which is important for a busy medical practice. It is simple to use, cost effective and HIPAA compliant. I tried the demo and there are multiple options for inputting data. I was able to use it easily the first time. It is very easy to upload audio files and other files to DeepCura AI. For many years I have been waiting for a product that allows for fast and accurate audio inputs. DeepCura may very well be the answer. I had a few questions about the product and the company representative answered them within 1 day.

Negative: DeepCura appears to be in its early stages. I believe this software has much potential, including but not limiting to greater integration with EMR systems and perhaps its own standalone full EMR system.
