    Summary: If you have another option and if you don't need the 2-3 features that are available only in Datamine Studio RM, buy another software. There are much more user friendly , intuitive softwares on the market.

    Positive: this review is for Datamine Studio RM only. The software package has a Geochemistry module with analyses that are not part of other geological and mining software packages, but they can be purchased at additional cost. It has some additional capability for resource estimation, but...

    Negative: It is not user friendly. You still work with commands. The company didn't bother to update the training manuals, they still whip the software with training manuals for Datamine Studio 3, which is one of the previous versions of the software. The implicit modeling doesn't produce a good 3D solids, you have to go and do additional manual adjustments. It is more expensive than similar geological packages from competitors and the program crashes very often.
