Summary: Just BS!

Positive: Like nothing. Unorganized, unprofessional, complicated system.

Negative: Hate everything, i hope they close the company if they don't bring back POWER DAT.

Summary: I am very unhappy with this product!!!!!!
this software is cheap and it doesn't perform like the older version used to.....you didn't get better, you got worst!!!!!!!

Positive: Not user friendly, their customer service is rude and wont assist you professionally. DAT One sucks and as a dispatcher of 15 years this is the worst software that I have ever used to look for loads. You waste precious minutes to post and look for loads---wasted time---i guess their objective is for you to keep your truck posted longer than it needs to, thats their main focus in my opinion by making the user waste time navigating unnecessary tools and fidgeting with their not user friendly software. This is the worst!!!!!!!!!

Negative: Dat one now costs $199 and you only get one user!!! Thats an outrageous price for such a poor software program!!!! I am so unhappy with this product. Terrible customer service and their website/server goes down a lot and you get several interruptions to your ability to look for loads. They still haven't fixed all their glitches on this new horrible software!!!!

Summary: Now all brokers are doing it, when they have a crappy shipper so they try and trick you with this method (automatic red flag) thanks DAT

Positive: Live board is the only pro. the only other is they'll tell you we'll investigate just report it to them.

Negative: They allow brokers to post load in places where the actual pick up is different! TQL and other brokers do as they please. they do nothing about it we owner ops have no place to stop it just pay like everybody else and these are rules they're not suppose do Bait and switch! mega brokers do whatever they want.. I need to use the board so this is something we have to deal with! you can report it but nothing is done about it....

Summary: I hate using Dat One.

Summary: Overall the board is not ready for use. I hope DAT One developers can understand that millions of people's income depends on this load board, and "fighting" with its glitches is unacceptable. DAT power was working just fine, and nobody understands why this change was necessary. EVERYBODY HATES IT!

Positive: NO pros! And its' not the fact that we need to get use to the new interface. We can all do that, but its not functional, and its not ready for exploitation! Everybody hates it!

Negative: It's not working! The moment I refresh the page it's changing my searches. Removing my searches, its adding old ones, and its changing the dates on them by itself. Interface is terrible. Not functioning properly. The program is just not ready, and we are forced to use it with all the bugs and glitches because we don't have access to the old version anymore. We need to do a lot more clicks just to do something simple. If I make more than 5 searches I can't see them all, and have to scroll left and right until I find what I'm looking for. Market is so competitive right now that we just don't have the time to do that . By the time I find the search the load is already gone. There is just so much more, but I don't think someone will hear us.

Summary: Negative 100 starts!!!

Positive: THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING TO LIKE, IT KILLS ME!!! DUMP THIS IN THE TRASH AND BRING DAT POWER BACK!!!!!!!!!

Negative: Not a dispatcher friendly board. Paying top $$$ for nonworking messy board. Searches are appearing and disappearing through the day. You cannot sort by equipment and many more negative things that I don’t have time to list out.

Summary: I don’t like DAT one at all and I prefer to use SAT power. Makes my work as a dispatcher way more harder and inefficient especially right now in the worst market conditions

Positive: There’s nothing that I like about DAT one. I don’t see any benefits to use DAT one. It is not user friendly.

Negative: DAT one is limiting the number of alarms you can set on the posted trucks to 10 only. Booking loads using DAT one is impossible.

Summary: Dat One is awful! I don't like it at all, its time consuming compared to Dat power and makes me less efficient compared to Dat power. I don't want to work on Dat One! In addition, its not working properly: does not refresh new postings in a timely manner and creates multiple search windows numerous times throughout the day and I have to delete them.

Positive: No pros so far! I don't like the design, I don't like the layout. It takes more time to navigate throughout the site compared to Dat Power. I don't see new loads posted as I have to scroll left and right to check all the searches that I have.

Negative: When you have more than 5 searches, you have to scroll left and right to see any new postings; I get double search windows few times through out the day and I have to delete them and adjust the new searches; I don't like that I have to put commas when listing few states for destination; I don't see any new postings until I refresh the search; and too much info for one screen, my eyes go blind of looking at it.

Summary: I wish there was a 0 stars option!!!!

Positive: N/A.

Negative: This is the worst thing that ever happened to the trucking industry.

Summary: It is not that hard to get used to, it is just a very unfriendly version for a dispatcher to use on a regular basis.

Positive: Literally, nothing better than the old one, there is more information which I don't necessarily need as a dispatcher.

Negative: Awkward, chaotic spread, strenuous for the eyes, restrictive on the visibility of all postings.

Summary: Bad really bad. I will use power as long as it is supported. Thank you DAT for making our job even worst, the market is bad enough already and now you and your stupid experiments, smh.

Positive: Completely unusable bad interface non-functional cant say a single good thing about DAT one. I hope this is the last joke from DAT to their paying customers.

Negative: None. Power was much better in every aspect. I hope new load board comes and DAT goes down.

Summary: Whoever developed this has obviously never worked in the industry. This is going to cost people a lot of money to "get used to it". This is what happens when one company hold a monopoly. No choice but to use truck stop and broker load boards now.

Positive: The only pro I can see is this program is so difficult to use that I am going to give other load boards a chance after 15 years. There is no getting used to this garbage.

Negative: They literally just made it 10x more difficult to use. It not user friendly at all. Everything is smaller and harder to see. To post a truck you have to fill out a form. Everything is backwards and reversed.

Summary: I personally think that the developers of the product have no idea how dispatchers work because if they did they would have quested a good amount of people that could represent the population currently using the product.

Positive: No pros. There is really no advantages brought to my dispatching side; the product is total garbage.

Negative: The features the changed make it a worst product than DAT Power.

Summary: There is absolutely NOTHING to like about it. Go back to work programmers!!! You have failed us royally!!

Positive: There is nothing PRO about this new DAT One load board. The worst I have seen in my 30 plus years in the Industry.

Negative: Everything is a joke. Not user friendly. Doesn't show DH miles to pick up city. Doesn't show loaded miles when posting a lane needed. You have to keep entering the same info over & over when posting a truck ie:(van/53'/45k) etc. Previous DAT would keep that info at all time. Cannot select "full" truckloads. It shows Full & partials. Nothing simple about it. Horrible programmers! The worst I have ever seen. NO ONE Likes it from what we are hearing.

Summary: Worst experience ever with this new DAT One.
Please get DAT power back, or combine it to look similar, because now eyes are crying looking at new design.

Positive: NOTHING!
New version is the worst update ever, too hard to use, they tried to go on Truckstop's steps, but they made the board worst ever.
Eyes are burning looking at the design!

Negative: Don't like everything from this new version. Better get at least that old minimalistic design back, and try to add the ability to post 2-3 trailers in one post!
