    Summary: Horrible I was scammed and now looks like there trying to rob me of my 60 grand investment
    I was scammed by onchain and crypto.com

    Positive: Nothing customer service did nothing to help just yells me to pay 40 grand to an unknown source and I never have to worry about taxes or the account being frozen again

    I was scammed

    Negative: I was scammed by onchain
    I made like 125 grand in a day trading thru my coach
    IMy account was frozen from withdrawal immediately till I pay a unknown source 40 grand in crypto to unfreeze my account
    The 40 grand was to pay pre-taxes
    IRS don't pretax profits
    I got to May 13 to pay 40 grand or else
    But I wasn't told what would happen
    Crypto.com says they don't know this wallet
    Right now
    I got 265 grand sitting there that can not be withdrawal
    I got 60 grand invested
    Other wallets say Onchain is a fake and a scan

    IRS said they knew nothing about me owing any taxes

    Everyone says onchain is a scam
    They got 60 grand of my investment and I can't not withdrawal a dime till I pay an unknown 3rd party 40 grand in bitcoin

    Summary: Horrible . They are dishonest and unreliable and indifferent to the crime that was committed on their website. Makes me wonder if they received part of the money that was stolen from me.

    Positive: Nothing is good about this site. They are not reliable. When I told them that they allowed Rise Business Solutions to steal $4,000 of my money... their response was indifference. They suggested that I use a different wallet.

    Negative: They allowed Rise Business Solutions to withdraw funds from my wallet without my permission or knowledge . I believe that they are working together to run a big scam. Rise stole $4,000 from me.

    Summary: Horrible and no help at all it would take less than 5 min for help in chat to guide me thru the way to revoke this and return my money and they refuse to help.

    Positive: Nothing positive at this point see the negative the help center is worthless stay with another wallet where your money is safe and support helps people I was all for crypto at 78yo now I am 150% against it nothing but scams

    Negative: A outside source put $10265.00 into a token without my approval at all. I contacted help to see what happened. Chat told me I can revoke it as they told me what happened but could not explain how my wallet security was violated and they would not help me revoke this. I am new to this and needed help. Unsafe wallet. I thought I was only one who had control over my wallet according to your advertising which is a lie. If they decide to help me recover my funds I will change. My opinion stay away from this wallet unsafe
