Summary: Overall, an exceptional platform with a great support. Really grateful we chose Crowdsofts as they took A LOT of weight off our shoulders and let us worry about other things instead!

Positive: When starting our business, we initially wanted to create our own platform as we wanted things to run "our way". However, the cost of having such pleasure was out of our budget. Here's where Crowdsofts came to the rescue. Not only they offered to cater our needs but they did it for nearly 7x cheaper if comparing the price we would've paid creating the platform on our own! Crowdsofts' team is honestly really down-to-earth and have great specialists of their fields that are ready to help in every step of the process.

Negative: Wouldn't say there were any big hiccups during the process of building our platform. Maybe it's worth mentioning a few minor bugs that we encountered, but as mentioned above, their team was quick to respond and eliminated any issues we had.

Summary: I would say that it was a very profitable decision for us. As mentioned previously, all we had to focus was scaling our crowdfunding business and not worry about the IT and all that fun stuff. Given we were one of the first companies to work with crowdsofts – the price is also far more reasonable than their competitors.

Positive: The crowdsofts team were keen on creating a tailor made solution to fit our needs. They got us up and running in 1/10th the time and 1/10th the cost compared to us creating the platform from scratch.Zero hassle for us – if we experience an issue, we simply inform the crowdsofts team and they make sure to look sort out the rest. This allowed us to focus all of ourtime and resources on ensuring out platform scales as quickly as possible. The platform also offers in-depth analytics that allows us to track the most improtant metrics. If we have a new dataset we would like to track – once again, we just let the crowdsofts team know about this and they get to work! Consulting – having already gathered a lot of information, Crowdsofts team will make sure to guide you along the way! The team were very keen to help.

Negative: When we started our solution we had to integrate with 3rd party payment provider/handler. This should be fixed very soon, as crowdsofts platform will offer to handle the financials in-house! This would provide even more details for our business .We experienced some bugs. Luckily, Crowdsofts already squashed them.

Summary: The crowdsofts team has managed to create our platform and customize their current solution to our lending based projects in less than two months.

They created both UX/UI and back-end features list based on our requirements.

Each step in creating our platform was discussed in detail, to make sure we had perfect product for a fraction of the cost. Definitely recommended.
