    Summary: If you think you just need a basic cloud based software, go for it. If you plan to use it to grow your practice, look somewhere else. And make sure you negotiate your exit terms beforehand so that they do not trap you with data access.

    Positive: Simple cloud based software which does basic things that server based softwares did. Few features like sterilisation logging are unique to it compared to others I have checked out.

    Negative: A lot. Firstly the support - terrible support team who has no idea about the their own software. They don't provide you any account manager. So you have to depend on these very unskilled support people who are more like chatbots replying with generic answers mostly. And you will have to get in touch with this team frequently as the software is full of problems. Worst is that during my 3 years with them they did not improve much.

    Many of the features are half done. We were told in our third year not to use one feature (which we reported was inaccurate) as it never worked from the beginning, Why is it still there then? They keep boasting product updates, but we never got them. And no mention of how to get them as well. Surprisingly their team also doesn't know and those who know are surprised why we do not have it.

    Lastly, they try to trap you by not letting you access your own data when you decide to move. We are moving to new software and they provided us incomplete data with excuses for not providing the rest. Still going through the pain with no result.
