Summary: I've been charged about $100 in 3 weeks. You can't access the platform now, can't refund your money, can't read their terms, no customer service - pitch black. I have frozen my card, and blocked future payments but am still experiencing trouble unfreezing it and using it properly again.

Positive: An absolute scam. The only pro is that I'll feel absolutely amazing for taking legal action against them.

Negative: STAY AWAY! An absolute scam that would charge you a small fee in the beginning and without your permission (or notification) further your subscription.

Summary: I have contacted support on a daily basis - Max. His customer service is non-existent. No niceties. There were even 2 typos in one of his emails. Not really what you would expect from copywriting software!
I explained I had never used the system as it spins OR the copy it churned out was kindergarten standard!
I have NO knowledge of signing up to a rolling contract as this is something I would not do.
a further 1 year subscription has been taken and they are refusing to refund me. I have asked about 4 times to raise a complaint and Max's stock answer is 'you signed the agreement' - I am yet to see the proof.
I've explained that it's my legal right to raise a complaint and have asked for a copy of the complaint procedures. Again, I am met with the same answer.
We are a small business, like many other businesses, doing their best to survive the aftermath of the pandemic.
There is NO moral regard from Copy Shark to any businesses, it's all about making the money.
Do NOT fall foul to this atrocious excuse of copywriting ai - I now use copy.ai - more expensive but worth every penny!

Negative: I signed up to the annual discount. My bad that I never checked that my draft email to them didn't send to ask them to cancel and refund after 1 week into using the system.
It consistently hung and delivered no suggested copy. When it did, the standard was SHOCKING! A primary school student could have created better copy. Even the agents send emails with typos and spelling mistakes.

Summary: I received every promotional email from their domain, but their "code" that you need to input to change (aka cancel) subscription never arrived to my email even through multiple attempts.

Positive: How can you write a pro if there is no pro. The site is poorly made to scam people that subscribe.

Negative: I couldn't unsubscribe.

Summary: 0/100. They finally stopped charging me in October 2021. But today, THEY COMMITTED FRAUD AND CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Positive: Absolutely zero pros. Use another service. Copy Shark will steal your money and not return it even though they charge you after you cancel.

Negative: I subscribed once. I cancelled. They kept charging me. I had to cancel again and wouldn't refund me.

Summary: Stay away from this company they are a scam signed up for a trial, wanted to cancel before the month started then they would not give me a refund. Stay clear.

Positive: Free trial that is all I can think. Software is not good at all. Easy interface, free trial below average.

Negative: Terrible support.
BS privacy policy.
Avoid at all cost.

Summary: The CopyShark.ai is an average AI copywriting tool. It is not suitable for SEO writing and creating long form articles. Only good for ads, which are pretty decent.

Positive: Low price.
A long free trial period.
Creates good ads.
User-friendly.
Supportive and responsive helpdesk.

Negative: There is no long-form writing tool for generating whole articles.
