Summary: They went out if business once God only knows when it will happen again!!! Drivers know your worth stop letting them get rich off us!

Positive: They use to have loads that was good but they switched the days anyway.

Negative: They score board suck all because a driver made a honest mistake and mistakenly booked a load at a time he thought was PM and not am. They crucified us for that and not giving us loads I pray that they last I'm deleting their app. Truckers don't accept nothing low from them know your worth. They get paid 4times more than what they are offering you!

Summary: Bad like I said this is not good place to start. The trucking industry is hard already especially for owner operator. We don't need crappy company like Convoy and other companies to try to take advantage our livelihood and run it to the ground.

Positive: The only thing is the website "it's very easy to get cheap loads that doesn't pay" this is not good for owner operator.. then they turn around and have the nerve to put the cheapest loads for you to bid on right from the beginning your getting a crappy deal from the start..lol this is ridiculous. 🤦

Negative: They will work your truck to the ground and you won't have enough money to repair your truck not a good place for owner operator.. good luck.

Summary: It's been 3 days we have issues with Convoy giving wrong information for the load that has been booked on their website. REALLY FRUSTRATING that no one can resolve the issue been calling back and forth just to have it resolve and still pending. None of the agents nor supervisor are leaving supplemental notes of the issue.

Positive: Nothing much to say I had been using Convoy for years now and this is the worst so far that I have with them.

Negative: No one is a help or at least show some concern of the issue.
