1. Some top menu right icons like pro-team icon, affiliate-icon can use some tooltip to describe what it can do.

To be honest this was the greatest advantage of using this tool because as a freelancer time is money! The more time you have, the easier you can take advantage in order to apply for projects and finish them on time.
