Summary: I'm serious about these people and their terrible support: If you are reading this review, run away from these scammers.
Positive: The one and only pro of Contabo is the pricing, and i lost money with them, so i don't see any pro right now.
Negative: I have been swindled out of almost 1000€.

I always read the terms and conditions before buying and I never buy from a company that does not allow refunds. Well, after reading them and buying, now that I ask for a refund because I do not need the product, just 24 hours before I buy, they tell me that these conditions do not apply to companies and that they are going to cheat me almost 1000€ that I will not be able to recover. Their conditions are not clear.
UPDATE: I don't like to damage companies with reviews and I proposed them to remove mine, with the simple condition that they would refund an order, a refund that was requested in less than 12 hours after the order was placed, a digital order that does not damage the company at all.
What these people call a friendly solution, is that, even when I showed them the part of their web page where it talks about the refund conditions, and where at no time they say that they do not refund companies, they have unilaterally decided to refund me 25% while writing to me with a condescending tone that they are doing me a favor.
Conclusion: they have swindled me out of about 200 euros as a welcome, and they still have the nerve to tell me that they "expect me to come back as a customer".
If you are reading this review, run away from these scammers.
