Globally, ConnexMe is used for conferences, webinars and small meetings, leadership and small meetings as well as sales kickoffs and partner events.
You will find live document sharing with annotations and streaming video/audio, brainstorming tool & visual polling, plus live Q&A or surveys with optional results display.
Pricing
Two tiers are available for each ConnexMe license type. The Pro license covers up to 200 participants at each event while Premium licenses are for events up to 1,000 participants:
Tier 1: ConnexMe Pro
(up to 200 participants per event):
Single event $1,499**
Annual Subscription $7,200**
Tier 2: ConnexMe Premium
(up to 1,000 participants per event*)
Single event $3,000**
Annual Subscription $14,400**
*Each participant in excess of the 1,000 limit per event incurs a $2 fee.
**Non-profits and Education organizations receive discounted license fees.

Summary: It allows us to establish an intuitive virtual meeting connection. ConnexMe gives an effortless platform to start a high-quality video meeting with many inbuilt integrations.
Positive: #1- Very easy to set up and invite participants.
#2- ConnexMe has inbuilt screen recording and notepad to saves important notes during meetings.
#3- Video was clear and runs smoothly even on unstable data.Negative: #1- We had an overall positive experience with it.

Summary: ConnexMe is a user-friendly application that is superb for engaging people. There are many options for interactivity and the ability to interact directly with content made it a great tool for learning.
Positive: Used ConnexMe at a recent live webinar. Super easy to use and the slide sharing with annotations were very helpful to reinforce what was being presented, and for later review. Very innovative for keeping participants engaged and involved. Networking worked well to connect remote/virtual attendees. I’ve been to many events but ConnexMe has offered the best experience!
Negative: Nothing that affected my use at the webinar. Wish that access to a searchable recording of the webinar was available at the time -- I understand this is under development.
