Summary: Great product that is time saving which allows for quote to invoice to happen much faster allowing for a faster turn around time for quicker revenue.
Positive: Most of the information is automated and is light work to get a quote to a potential / existing customer quickly and easily. This product also allows you to manage suppliers and sales information straight through to invoicing. Great product!
Negative: Possibly a training issue however, certain quotes do not upload.

Summary: All in all, the Sell platform has been an amazing tool for the company. Something I really use is the order porter templates to send out a quote, that's basically a PDF that is generated for an end-user after they look at the detail on the quote inside of order porter.
Positive: ConnectWise Sell helps us to create and handle quotes online. You can set up how people can reach you, what they see on your quotes. The system gives you the ability to upload a signature and helps you look more professional.
Negative: Nothing I can complain about so far. It's been a game-changer.

Summary: The cloud based access is wonderful. Access from wherever is a breeze. The electronic underwriting process has condensed our business cycle by weeks. One can make constant explanations and have a good sentiment of continuous stock. When one made our designs, the are so normal to use. This makes dependable refering to basic and clear. In end the compromise with ConnectWise Manage is essential for smooth and straightforward hand-offs to procurement and organization movement.
Positive: It is the best all-in-one, cloud based quoting software for IT Solution Providers and Resellers that creates quotes and proposals anywhere, anytime. It integrates really well with Connectwise which makes product conversions that much easier. The alert system that emails me when a quote is opened and approved is really nice for me since one is often not in the office.
Negative: The software does not show one when you sent the quote to the intended client. Also, Dell import is often messed up which creates a manual entry process that isn't intuitive. This software also never seems to integrate with ConnectWise in terms of updating opportunities. One has also experience some issues with quotes going to historical versions and one can never seem to get it out of that category.

Positive: There are too many pros to list! I am able to create quotes and proposals in minutes, access real time pricing and availability from top distributors, and automate sales orders.
Negative: NONE! The customer service is amazing, any issue I have run into they have been able to solve in minutes. I don't have time to waste with issues and it never feels like I have!

Summary: It ties together each department and gives everyone visibility and information at their fingertips. The reports come in handy as well. I use the procurement report almost daily. The service boards and tickets also help to keep everything organized and allow for communication on a particular project all in one place.
