    Perfect balance of features and simplicity

    Summary: For over 10 years, I have been a unit owner, board president, and professional property manager of 53 buildings comprising 5,500 units. In my experience, the capability of a community website platform that is most valued by owners and renters is its ability to facilitate communication between management, owners, the board, and building staff such as maintenance, door, and garage workers. I have worked with 9 well known community website platforms and of those, Concierge Plus is the clear winner in this regard.

    Ease of configuration & administration.
    Good range of features.
    Responsive customer support.

    Negative: Fewer features than some competitors.
    Some configuration procedures are needlessly tricky.

    The value of Concierge Plus

    Summary: The system overall works very well. I would like to see a car/gate entry feature evolve. No one program from any software company does everything a large community needs but this one comes the closest.

    Positive: I use the Announcements and Delivery features daily. I run a luxury hi rise and I use these features daily. Why? Because my owner's like the ease of these features and thereby are happy, which makes me happy!

    Negative: The quick vote feature is weak.
