Summary: Terrible. Would not recommend this system. We have a great website designer who has helped us set up this system which is the only reason we are still with Commerce7.
Positive: Everything is on one place so you can get a big picture of what each customer spends or events they attend.

Vinoshipper and Commerce 7 do not sync as they state it does
Their email campaign does not work if there are emails that are faulty. The system quits after 8 faulty emails and will not send out your campaign.
Customer service is lacking. There is no phone number or chat just an email and they take awhile to get back to you.
It is very expensive. They charge you $400 a month plus 1%
They have no action plan if their system goes down or if the internet stops working. They will tell you that their only source to help you is to email them and wait for them to reply as soon as they can.
They make you watch videos that are outdated to set up the system on your own. They have moved buttons around and have given different names to the buttons and still expect you to use the same outdated videos. If you need help setting anything up, you email them and they give you maybe one time slot 5 days from your request. -

It is a CRM program with some Wine Club abilities Date: Oct 22 2022
Summary: If you are a winery looking for a software system to manage your club, look elsewhere unless you sell inexpensive wine, online only. And have another program to handle all of your fulfillment needs.
Positive: None come to mind after working with them for 6 months.
Negative: Customer service.
