Summary: It's an amazing exchange and I haven't had any issues since almost 1 year. I will definitely also use them in the future and I cant criticize anything.

Positive: Copytrading.
The liquidity that they have.
Instant withdrawals.
No KYC.
The Take profits and the Stop losses are giving you fair prices, not like at other exchanges where the slippage is that high.

Negative: There is maybe one thing and this is the loading time. Sometimes its loading a few seconds longer but its not a problem for me.

Summary: Miserable.......avoid at all costs! Unable to load pages! Continually asks to reload but can never bring up page! Luckily I only transferred 50$ in the account. Now I can't even access it!

Positive: Nothing! I was unable to perform any transfers, or buys! The system kept crashing and having to reload....very frustrating. It definitely is not a user friendly site and I believe a scam!

Positive: This is a scam website and don't waste your money investing here. I made a withdrawal from here to another exchange and more than half of the day has passed and I still haven't received the transfer. After I contacted them and told them to either take the transfer or cancel it, now I have another half day and still nothing has happened. I have neither received nor have active money that I can do whatever I want. So in short they are in one of their wallets and I only have the numbers. Summary: Hello, I allow myself to communicate to you the last concerns, the scam and the theft that I have just suffered on CoinW Exchange and by CoinW in order to alert you to this Exchange of thieves, a nice scam. So never buy coupons from them. These coupons give you additional % on earn or staking. You can earn +30% +40% more etc... The problem and the scam is that you have to buy this coupon, between 1000 usdt and 3438 usdt, and only after buying this coupon, you discover that you can invest with this coupon only on a maximum amount of 1000 usdt. Basically you pay a 1000 usdt coupon which gives you + 40% over 14 days on a maximum investment of 1000 usdt at 10%. So you will earn about 18 usdt over 14 days at 10%+40% (i.e. 50%), but ultimately you lose the coupon at the end of the operation and the 1000 usdt, so you lose 982 usdt, that's so a nice scam and theft, don't you think? Does this seem normal to you? Am I the only one who noticed this?

Once you have purchased the coupon, you go to another tab of the application to use and add this coupon, this +40%, to another earn in usdt of +10%, which gives you 14 days, an earn of 10%+40% = 50%. But, at that moment you discover that you can only put or use 1000 usdt. Excluding 1000 usdt at +50% over 14 days = +19 usdt profit. So at the end of the 14 days I got my 1000 usdt + 19 usdt back, but CoinW does not give you back the coupon price, the 3438 usdt. So you pay 3438 usdt, to earn 19 usdt and lose the coupon amount. Losing 3438 usdt - 19 usdt 3419 usdt is theft of the scam! I want to file a complaint against CoinW and its CEO Bai Mingguo.

Ok to pay a coupon of 1000 usdt or up to 3438 usdt, but in this case we must be able to bet much more than 1000 usdt, otherwise we are a loser, and CoinW robs you. This should be clearly indicated before the coupon is even purchased. Which is not the case at all. So it's a real nice scam!

CoinW steals scams its customers with their famous coupons They sell you a minimum unit coupon at 1000 usdt, which you lose after using it and with which you cannot earn more than 20 usdt. So you lose 980 usdt. And you only find out once the coupon is purchased. It's a big scam

Positive: Nothing, they are liars, go away, nothing really good in this exchange, it is not clear, it is a scam.

Negative: They have maybe a good marketing, but after all is not clear.

Summary: I have a very bad experience with them not solving a simple issue as fixing a client who has forgotten a trading password. Wasted time in sending emails back and forth explaining the same thing.

Positive: Rewards bonus when you trade futures I like their promotion on that aspect. Also their pricing is somehow good.

Negative: I forgot my trading password of my account. I sent them more than 20 emails trying to explain my problem in simple terms that their platform requires me to fill in my Current Trading Password first of which I have forgotten it for me to change to a new Trading Password. Without a Trading Password you can not withdraw your funds. Still I they didn't seem to understand with screenshots my money is stuck in the exchange. I view it as scam exchange

Summary: It's a company that can vanish overnight. Good luck getting your coins onto, or off the exchange. Might as well play with monopoly money.

Positive: Support person will constantly speak to you. Various platitudes like 'we are having a technical error' and 'we will fix it soon' when you enquire regarding your missing funds.

Negative: Blockchain explorer shows they have successfully landed in their wallets. Funds completely missing. Different coins, different blockchains, same result. Highly suspicious.
