Summary: My workmates enjoy working with cocodoc software because of its ease of use and accessibility. We don’t have to install it on all our computers. The modules or layout is user-friendly and easy to use.

Positive: At the work-station, we can convert and edit documents from various formats using cocodoc software. We use the web application online and it's very reliable. No installs are needed. We can collaborate anywhere in the world at any given time.

Negative: They need to introduce other languages on board so that Spanish-speaking people can enjoy it too. But that’s just a suggestion, not a cons.

Summary: This version is the best user friendly pdf editor you’ll ever meet. They have good packages where you can test- free trial; you can use the free version if your pocket is not good or decide to use the one month subscription option. It’s perfect and do the editing as you want it to.

Positive: I’m able to join several files to my liking and the final product looks great. The software also has tools that enables you to clearly arrange your edits, and do all the necessary conversion with the same subscription.

Negative: The software as it stand right now meets all my business needs. Let me wait and see if things will be the same.

Summary: After my subscription I was able to start creating new pdf pages, adding text, adding pictures and deleting those I don’t need. This editor is great. The menu is within reach an all the elements are working.

Positive: Cocodoc ensures my files are secured. Ever since I started using this software everything is working perfectly . They have good support system where you are guaranteed of reply if you request a ticket.

Negative: I got nothing to say here because this software is not in my laptop but online. If I was able to download then that’s where we can talk about pros but for now it does work 100%.

Summary: Using this software for any pdf job is the best I could do for now. I don’t have any other options since CocoDoc serves me well. Just open the application and you’ll meet a good template that allows you to work in a smooth environment.

Positive: It helped me do all the editing from day one to date. I find it easy to use CocoDoc. Can convert many pdf documents to word at a short notice compared to other software where you are told to pay this premium services to unlock other features.

Negative: Does a lot of work that would otherwise cost more money when you opt for other softwares. That gives it 10/10 ticket. No negative comments. Cheers!!!

Summary: I used the software one day when I was handling huge pdf files from one of the local land registry. This software did not fail me at all. Wonderful and does its work with good turn around. I was able to finish the assignment without even hiring outsider for help because my files were so many.

Negative: I have used it for more than six months during which no cons were recorded or witnessed.

At first, it was hard to edit pdf documents because the software I was using was heavily laden with toolbars that confuse me a lot. This one gives me the freedom to save time. I’m now able to concentrate on my business goals because I use less time when on this software.

Positive: I use this software more often to update files I receive from my clients. Everything is cool and does editing the right way. A perfect editor if you are busy and looking for a simpler option to sort your pdfs

Negative: The fact that they don’t have a download version or because I’m not a whereof it doesn’t change my love for this software.

Converting from PDF to another format Is a huge boost. I don’t have to use another app for that job.
The outcome is great and looks original – does not tamper with text alignment.

Negative: I need wifi to perform all the operations. All other departments work correctly only that I need wifi for the app to operate.

Summary: From day one as I have said above, the software worked very and easily. You don’t have to learn anything because the software uses a simple design that is easy to grasp. The best part is that you can convert to other editable formats. The software has favorable tools for creating and editing your documents.

Positive: I accomplish everything I was doing with this editor on the first date. We used to outsource someone do the conversion but since COVID started we were doing every little job on our own. The software doesn’t require training. Easy to use.

Negative: Not sure about this but the software works as expected.

Summary: I’m always very busy in the field collecting data and most of them requires update more often. That’s why I value this software very much because it allows me to accomplish those task at low cost & efficiently.

Positive: Offers various options where you can collaborate with the recipients at a successful rate. The cost of subscription is within reach and can be acquired by anybody-not too high. The editor panel is good full of useful tools and tabs where you can do your job accordingly.

Negative: I’m always in the field managing many task and it would be useful if the app introduce android app for this software. Just a suggestion. Thanks.

Summary: I’m not good with tech things but I’m sure this one is the easiest editor I have ever used. The interface and how it works are simple and don’t require any IT knowledge. Anybody equipped with basic computer knowledge.

Positive: I love the way it works- convert pdf, edit my pdf, offers e-signature solution just to mention but a few.

Negative: The controls and layout are easy to master, unlike other competitors who create hard-to-use software that requires you to hire a professional.

Summary: Switching to cocodoc from another vendor was the best thing I ever did. This software has enabled me to save a lot of money so far. It works just as they said and does all the functioning without any issues. It loads faster and starts highlighting text at once. No need to learn or download anything, you just connect your wifi and boom!!! Leave it to do all the rest. The controls features are simple and placed in the rightful place.

Positive: They offer premium security to all users, therefore, safeguarding my personal and work activities online. I’m also able to manage and collaborate with my workers and clients by sharing the documents on a single platform. Another pro is that it allows me to store files on my google drive a result enhancing productivity.

Negative: The app is easily accessible online and they also have a 14-day free trial which is a good move. My only advice is that they should develop an offline app too.

Summary: For me, cocodoc is the best alternative to all other expensive pdf editors because it’s more powerful than them. Using this pdf editor software is easy. It has nearly all the functions you require to edit a professional-looking document. You can add, delete, edit existing text without much effort.

Positive: It comes with a lot of options and features that allow you to play around with your pdf. I use it every day at my workstation and has helped me manage all electronic documents safely.

Negative: It has all the features that help me with all my online documents. For now, I think there are no pros.
