Summary: I got the app through Setapp, but I would gladly pay for a solo license if I ever leave Setapp. The improvement is system performance is noticeable.

Positive: I was able to stop running the native One Drive, Dropbox and Box apps on my Mac, replacing them with the very low profile CloudMounter. This provided a lower memory impact and faster loading time of the OS at login. When I had a question about the software, the response from tech support was prompt and accurate. They even followed up to make sure I was able to implement their solution.

Negative: Once I had to open the program after launching it to manually mount a cloud directory. This was after migrating my user account to a new computer so some hiccups were to be expected. Fortunately, all my authorizations and permissions carried over.

Summary: Does what it claims. Easy and intuitive setup. Responsive and helpful support replied quickly via email.

Positive: Integrates nicely with native Mac Finder. Doesn't get in the way. Not bloated with unnecessary features.

Negative: Not much to complain about. Sometimes less is more.

Summary: I found the product very user friendly and straight forward to use. It did exactly what it said it’d do. I found the instructions good and the customer service very professional.

Positive: Ease of use, it does what it says it’ll do in a simple fashion. Was able to mount my Google Drive effectively.

Negative: None. It did as it claimed without any downsides to it.

Summary: The software is great for Mac users. It is much faster than connecting through the Mac options. The support is great and it works great!

Positive: Love the support. The really like to help even it it costs much time to solve. The product is also great as it solves all my network connections online and with servers. It's much faster than the native connection form Mac, especially with webdav.

Negative: It could take some time, but eventually it's solved.

Summary: Very good software.

Positive: They now support M1 chip which is a pros. Not a lot of other alternatives support m1 chip yet. Also the download is fast

Negative: Nothing noticed yet it performs what it promises.

Summary: I think nobody expects a software bug just at the installation process. Definitely it is a bug. I been with computer for a long time. It the first time that is happening to me. I think this is not a proper way to do business.

Positive: During the cloudMounter installation shows this message "It seems you don't have Dokan installed on your machine". After I contacted them about the installation issue I got this message:

Thank you for getting back.
If you receive the same error message, most likely that Dokan was not installed.
Please, provide us a screencast showing:
- how you are opening a CloudMounter folder with a Dokan Setapp
- how you install Dokan
​- demonstrating the error message it fails with

We are carefully reviewing each case and trying to provide a personalized solution.

Unfortunately, the refund option is not possible in the current case, until the bug is not confirmed.

The point is that Dokan is part of the software installation not a windows requirement, for me it is a CloudMounter bug .
