The Cisco®, NCS 560 Series Router offers a cost-effective modular solution that is based on a protocol independent fabric architecture. As part of the Cisco Evolved Programmable Network architecture, the Cisco NCS 560 Series Router is capable of providing unbounded scale for Carrier Ethernet business services over redundant and protected packet network technologies (IP/MPLS/MPLS-TE. SR, MPLS-TE. SR-TE. TI-LFA). Customers will enjoy a high level of flexibility and value with the Cisco NCS560 Series Router Ethernet interface module. All Ethernet interface modules share the same core that supports time stamping of the module for Y.1731 Operations, Administration, and Maintenance delay measurement functions. This allows for precise results for both one-way and double-way delay measurement. The modules also support time stamping functions for IEEE 1588-2008 protocols.
