Our U.S.-based support team provides excellent customer service, making training and operations fast and efficient. The Service Contract offers technical support during normal business hours and access software updates for Check-Inn. For any online travel reservation interfaces, including Connect-Inn Channel Manager and Booking Button, a current Service Contract is required. It is required for Expedia, Booking.com and GDS connections. An active Service Contract is required for any additions, hardware, or modifications to your Check-Inn service.
