    Summary: I recommend the software. i have tried more than 5 NDIS softwares, and overall, i found CareVision has most of I need such as messages, manage risk assessment and goals.

    Positive: *Lots of features, customer service is fast and friendly people.
    *Loved the app. It was very user-friendly for my team.
    *Calculate the kms and time travel between the clients.
    *Manage the client's funds and balances.

    Negative: The setup requires lots of assistance, but with CareVision support, once it is completed, everything will work perfectly.

    Poor OS consider carefully

    Summary: Poor, would not recommend, there are numerous programs that would perform basic functions well e.g. Brevity, supportability, Lumary, Visicase

    Positive: Can't think of much it does well. It performs most functions to an mediocre level, then again, most programs should pass a basic functionality test before release.

    Negative: Poor customer service, feel ignored despite best efforts at making contact and taking the time to screenshot and accurately describe the issue encountered.
    1.Swap over from prior OS lost all patient notes
    2. Patient budgets were all wrong
    3. Scheduling is a nightmare
    4. Lose patient confidence
    5. Reputation damage
    6. Staff morale reduced
    7. Colour of OS not customisable you MUST be happy with pink despite accessibility issues of such a colour.
    8. Not compatible with Windows programs, unsure if others have issues
    9. Waste staff hours on clunky OS
