    Summary: I know they had some hassles a ways back but the Captira support has worked real hard and they have really improved. They are really responsive and reach out and call often when I have a hassle.

    Positive: I really like that this software doesn't force me to follow a specific process that isn't how I do my business. It's easy to use and flexible.

    Negative: I'd like a mobile app but the text reminders work ok
