So easy to use and very competitively priced Date: Jun 11 2019
Summary: Caplinked is a great platform for due diligence, and investor reporting. It's nice knowing that the people we invite into the data rooms will be able to do what they need to do without any issues whatsoever. I wish we'd started using it sooner.
Positive: It does exactly what you need a data room to do for due diligence requirements without a bunch of confusing bells and whistles. If you have all of your files properly arranged in advance, you can literally have it up and running in minutes. I love that I can drag and drop al of my folders and files and it retains all of the structure. Setting permissions is also easy to do. It would be difficult to make an error with setup and access.
Negative: I honestly can't think of any cons aside from the sales person from our old VDR provider calling all the time wondering why our deal flow to them has dried up.

Secure and Reliable Data Room for Due Diligence Date: May 02 2026
Summary: CapLinked is a reliable and secure virtual data room solution that simplifies document management and access control. It is especially useful for due diligence and fundraising workflows, offering strong security features and transparency, though it could benefit from a more modern interface and advanced automation.
Positive: CapLinked provides a centralized virtual data room for secure document management in workflows like due diligence and fundraising. It offers granular permission controls, DRM features, and detailed audit logs, which improve data governance and reduce risks associated with distributed file sharing. The platform is easy to deploy and handles large document sets efficiently. Usage tracking and access reporting add transparency across stakeholders. However, the UI feels somewhat dated, and advanced automation features are limited compared to higher-end solutions.
Negative: 1. The user interface feels outdated and could benefit from a more modern and intuitive design.

Secure Documents sharing made easy with CapLinked Date: Apr 28 2026
Summary: Overall experience went very smooth and highly recommended if you want to secure your documents when sharing especially.
Positive: I love how easy it is to understand even for new users. The interface is simple to understand and smooth. Documents are shared only when published until then they are safe and secured. Task management feature is the feature which I most liked as one can get quick glance of the assigned task, completed and created task without much juggling about tasks. "Quick Tour" feature also gives good knowledge about the product to vey new users and new users can get minimum knowledge about the use of each feature.
Negative: The interface can also have some AI integrations for advance features especially to load data in bulk or for easy searching.

Secure Document Sharing with Granular Access Control Date: Apr 27 2026
Summary: CapLinked works well for managing sensitive documents in a controlled environment. It’s especially useful for workflows involving external collaboration, where security, access control, and tracking are important. Overall, it’s a solid solution for teams that need structured and secure document sharing.
Positive: CapLinked provides a structured environment for securely organizing and sharing documents. The granular access control is particularly valuable when working with multiple external stakeholders, as it allows precise control over who can view or download specific files. It also helps maintain visibility over document activity, which is important in collaboration-heavy workflows.
Negative: The interface can feel slightly complex at first, especially for new users, and it may take some time to become fully comfortable with navigation.

Smooth and Fast Workspace Date: Apr 26 2026
Summary: It is a good tool to use if you're not into the mainstream workspace options. I think this will go a long way if properly managed and advertised.
Positive: The interface is pretty simple to use. Lots of buttons and widgets that are easily accessible for almost any task required in a workspace. Plus i think the highlight is how fast and smooth everything overall is. You don't feel any lag or UX issues anywhere.
Negative: The theme can be a lot better. UI is basic and not too attractive to look at.
