    Time saver and reliable tax resolution

    Summary: To anyone who regularly deals with IRS, Canopy is a time saver and offers great tax utility features for organizing client tax information.

    Positive: By just entering the taxpayer's information and clicking the refresh button i am able to pull transcripts through the IRS website at once.

    Negative: I appreciate everything about Canopy and i really count on it on every day basis.

    Summary: Overall Canopy is a solid accounting technology offering that I use with many of my clients for the purposes of file sharing.

    Positive: I really like the client portal functionality and haven’t found another option that’s as useful as Canopy’s.

    Negative: I’ve been unable to get the tax transcript functionality to work whatsoever.
