Summary: The integration with Amazon Seller Central is seamless, making our operations smoother than ever. Jeremy, our account manager, has been incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful, especially with one of our troublesome SKUs. He even offered creative solutions to save us money and improve efficiency.

Positive: Submitting work orders and managing inventory has been seamless, and whenever we had questions, the Cahoot team responded quickly.

Negative: Initial onboarding can be a bit overwhelming, there are many videos to watch but they make them very self-explanatory.

Summary: Overall they are a great 3PL partner. As a new brand they helped us through the full process from start to finish. Very pleased.

Positive: Their customer support is awesome. Super helpful when you need them. The Onboarding is pretty easy for Shopify. Most of all, their shipping times and accuracy is incredible.

Negative: I wish the inventory from their site would talk to Shopifys' system to show real time inventory.

Summary: Cahoot has been an amazing addition to our business. We needed a partner that allowed us to ship faster, have shipping labels created automatically, and control our shipping costs. We could find other products that did one or two items well, but they never did the entire package and at the same time continue to be affordable.

With Cahoot we are able pick, pack and ship so much faster. Before, we were routinely rushing until 6pm to get orders out, but now, we're done most days by 4pm and that leaves us a 1-hour break to clean up and ensure everything is completed successfully. Our shipping supervisors are actually able to supervise the entire process rather than just the shipping label process, which will make our entire team more efficient. As a result, we've changed our team's hours and they get out of work earlier and we are getting more done than just taking care of orders (cleaning, maintenance, etc.). The best part - we've been able to reduce our numbers by 2 employees.

The ability to make sure that team members know what boxes to use is also invaluable. We are able to maintain inventory of boxes which means we know when to order more and can better budget for this cost. It also means that all team members are using the same box for items and it's the most cost effective box.

Additionally, the Cahoot team is amazing to work with. They are organized and have the training expertly set up. They are responsive and always helpful. I look forward to seeing what they come up with next because I know it will be great. I also appreciate their knowledge in the industry and their understanding and leadership on what it takes to meet all the ecommerce and marketplace requirements.

Negative: The hardest thing has been getting the team to "trust" the process and use the tools we have in Cahoot. They don't like change.

Negative: Integrating Cahoot with existing systems and selecting the best fulfillment options for each order might require some initial setup time and potentially involve some complexity.

Summary: Partnering with Cahoot as a Fulfillment Partner has been a great addition to our existing business. Cahoot's platform empowers us to efficiently manage orders, and shipping processes, saving us valuable time and resources while ensuring a smooth fulfillment experience for our customers.

Negative: I can honestly say that the are none! We've had nothing, positive experiences working with Cahoot and we look forward to many more years of partnership.

Summary: I assessed several order fulfillment companies and chose Cahoot for their pricing and their service. They provide strong client support and help you get things done as easily as possible, including with their client portal, and they are reliable and well priced.

Positive: Good service, competitive shipping rates, affordable to get started with them as a small business, flexible and good partners in building my business and responding to evolving needs.

Negative: Would like some of the interfaces and screens to be easier to use and more support from humans available, but they are continually improving this and wasn't much of an issue. When I needed help with service, people would step in and help.

Summary: I don't feel like just another number on their balance sheet, I am a real person they know and want to help like a close friend.

Positive: Honestly one of the most impressive companies I've ever worked with. Cahoot are 10x better than Amazon when it comes to looking after their customers.

Negative: Nothing so far. I struggled with the set up initially but they were great in teaching me how to use it, I now see how much better it is than Amazon FBA.

Summary: In general Cahoot is very easy to set up and to use, specially for the online sales with website and Amazon, but it is also super good for B2B logistics to send pallets to big customers.

Positive: We have been using Cahoot for 2 years, and apart from it working perfectly like clockwork and in an automated manner, when we needed them to obtain a DUNS number to move the merchandise to their warehouse, they requested it quickly.

Negative: They don't have batch tracking information for food products.

Summary: Cant go wrong with this software, very inexpensive for what it provides. Not to mention all the time you save.

Positive: Great software saves a ton of time printing labels and keeping everything organized. Also tells you if there is any issue with any order via email.

Negative: Settings can be difficult to navigate but great support.

Summary: Overall not bad, we may reach out to them again soon. We haven't done enough volume to justify Cahoot's services, but once we do, we'd love to work with them again.

Positive: We sent Cahoot our bestsellers, and they took care of fulfillment and allowed use to focus on other things.

Negative: The interface is a little clunky, and mechanical. Can be a little confusing.

Summary: I could save big money when I moved from the former 3PL warehouse to Cahoot. Their support service is also very efficient; they reply to any issue in less than 24h.

Positive: 1. Big Cost saving in comparison to our former 3PL warehouse

Negative: I have more than 1 year working with Cahoot and I haven't found any cons so far :)

Summary: Really impressed with the service and the app. We have had no issues so far, and wont hesitate in recommending it.

Positive: We have been using Cahoot for our fulfilment for a few months now, and I must say the experience has been truly amazing. Our orders ship the same day, inventory is tracked and managed efficiently, and shipping information is updated correctly. It is saving us a lot of time and resources which would otherwise have gone into setting up our own operations.

Over the last 3 years I have had the opportunity to experience the incredible capabilities of Cahoot.ai, and I must say, it has completely revolutionized the way I view order fulfillment. This platform is nothing short of a game-changer for anyone looking for order fulfilment capacity without the expenses of warehousing, staff or all the other costs associated with filling your own online orders.  Cahoot relies on a network of hundreds of warehouses all over the country and can direct your orders to the warehouse that is closest to your buyer, reducing transit time and shipping label costs.

From the moment I started using Cahoot.ai, I was impressed by its intuitive interface and user-friendly design. It's evident that the developers put a lot of thought into creating an environment that fosters seamless communication, efficient teamwork as well as easy and lowest-cost order fulfilment.  The real-time visibility Cahoot.ai provides for both CFP's and sellers is nothing short of amazing. Sellers can track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and identify potential bottlenecks in real-time, allowing you to proactively address issues and keep clients informed. This level of transparency can greatly enhance customer relationships and instill confidence in the ability to meet buyer needs consistently.

The mechanisms in place for me, as a CFP, allow me and my staff to quickly fill hundreds of orders per day and the "scan verify" component ensures all of the orders ship with the correct product, quantity and packaging which reduces the sellers shipping costs and eliminates buyer complaints.  

I am very happy to continue my work with Cahoot.ai and look forward to many more years in our working relationship.

Negative: I would like to see higher pay for warehouse storage. On the bright side, sellers are charged lower storage and fulfilment fees than other products such as FBA so the growth is amazing.

Summary: We're a warehouse and e-commerce seller that has taken advantage of both sides of Cahoot's 3PL offerings. The training for sending out shipments on behalf of other sellers was seamless. Easy label generation, printing, and packing. It's a breeze for the warehouse crew. They provide all the resources you would need for the outgoing side of a 3PL system. This experience caused us to explore shipping out our own units to other nodes in their network. We've experienced deep savings on many of our 1-2 day shipments since we're located on the East Coast.

-Many warehouse locations for good nationwide coverage

Negative: No major complaints. We are working with them to try to replace shipstation completely for us.
