    Summary: Good if you're running a company where customers book online.
    Not as simple if you are running a company that relies on calls - dispatch console is not as easy as other systems.

    Positive: Good price for the available features
    Simple to setup and help is available via WhatsApp
    Excellent customer service

    Negative: Dashboard - have to press a Google maps button to show the route when adding a job. Should show this in the map available as you type.
    I have to refresh the map constantly to see where drivers are.
    Can't select which driver to cover the booking as part of the booking process.
    Cabcher.com Driver app loses signal when in background.

The current functionality is intentionally designed this way to avoid excessive usage of Google Maps API keys, which helps control operational costs and maintain system stability. The feature to display the nearest available driver during the booking process is already in our development pipeline, and we’re working towards enhancing this workflow for better dispatch efficiency. Driver app losing signal in background – We have recently made several improvements to the driver app to enhance overall performance and background stability.     Summary: Shocking terrible simply the worst this lot are pure con artists they will tell you anything on the sales call but the product isn't fully developed and is amateur at best.

    Positive: None at all if I had the money to go with someone else I would they are garbage. Don't waste your money go with someone decent.

    Negative: Absolutely shocking all round, initial setup is a joke, no tutorials, no help or FAQ. Half of the stuff they promise doesn't work, they promise google mapping/tracking which goes off after 1 hr per driver, customers never get sms updates, online payments fail 50% of the time the support is non existent and so unprofessional. System crashes regularly, if you want a naff dodgy outfit running out of the back of a sweetshop in Mumbai this is the app for you. Oh sorry you can't download app because Google Play and Apple think it's malware or they are too dodgy to pay for their app to be on proper platforms. Stay away!
