Do not recommend the CWP to anyone Date: Mar 24 2023
Summary: Do not recommend the CWP to anyone. Above all, the support is questionable. No contact received education. Customers are treated like stupid people and every effort is made to get as much money as possible. Man we forced to buy packages before talking about the problems. We have repeatedly sent a request what the configuration would cost. Answer: We should first buy a package of 44.99 Dollar then we can discuss the problem.
Responding like this should ring the alarm bell for everyone. Before we buy something, we want to know how expensive the whole thing is.
All questions were simply ignored, no answer before a package purchase of $44.99.Positive: Good for systems with Varnish. Otherwise, I don't see any special insight. Very unusual if you used Cpanel in front of it
Negative: - Unfriendly support (aggressive dealing with customers)
