CSE Service Manager Description

CSE Service Manager, a multi-faceted school asset and help desk management system, is a remote monitoring software tool that can be used to monitor schools. It consists of three core elements that are complementary but not separate and designed to help schools improve their IT efficiency as well as efficiency across other school systems and assets. CSE Service Manager is completely cloud-based, meaning that you can access the entire range of facilities from anywhere in the school or remotely. It is also web-based so it can be accessed from any device with a web browser. CSE Service Manager supports both single-site schools and MATs.
