Summary: I could tell you that I have tried the other available sites that offer you similar packages but none of them are like CS-Cart. This is the one purchase that I am glad I did.

Positive: When I first purchased multivendor I was terrified. Once I got to know the support team they made my life easier than ever. Software is user friendly, very intuitive, and attractive. The support team goes above and beyond to help and take care of their customers.

Negative: So far I have not encountered any issues. Maybe we could use the addition of payment systems to fit countries with less technological advancement.

Summary: For those all things, I loveCS-Cart because It is quite easy to use and ready to make business right away, the limitation is your ideal and team dev.

Summary: I love using CS-Cart and I always suggest for this Marketplace if you want to feel that your project in safe hand.

Positive: Since 2005, I'm into web development and I found what I need and what standalone eCommerce software has to be on CS-Cart.
It's the best all-around eCommerce solution, best eCommerce software for analytics, easiest to use, ability to customize as your need, with multi add-on and themes.

Negative: I haven't got any cons yet as the support is professional and responses immediately and make you feel as they are part of your project and care for your work.

Summary: Great market place software which delivers a lot of performance and CS Cart team brings out really cool new updates every month which makes CS Cart even better with every passing month.

Positive: 1. Very easy to install and use.
2. Lots of features already in-built.
3. Add-on functionality is very handy to enhance the functionality of the store.

Negative: 1. Common products feature needs improvement.
2. Mobile app code very old.

Summary: I love using Cs cart and learning how to customise it a little bit more every time. I am very glad of having chosen Cs cart for my Marketplace.

Positive: I am not an expert in coding but know this is a powerful software, it is easy to understand and to customise.

Negative: Maybe I haven't had the software for long enough but I haven't got any cons yet.

Summary: Best Software ever, there is many things you can do, add, and investigate. There is many documentation all over the internet, and you can do whatever you want. People are very nice on the support team also.

Positive: 1. Customization. This is key to your solution, very modular.
2. Source Code: you are able to add any feature you can imagine.
3. Mobile App: Also you can acquire the code and modify as you wish.

Negative: There are many features that are available to US customers, like Marketplace payments with Stripe and PayPal, but this really depends on 3rd parties. Offering associations with US companies to help to build the business in the US can be highly profitable and convenient.

Summary: In January 2019, I was looking for an online business idea that I could afford and manage without IT skills for software and website management. Checking from google search I finally found CS-Cart software. While doing a thorough analysis of this software, I came to know that the CS-Cart Multi-Vendor is a self-hosted ecommerce solution for building online marketplaces similar to Amazon, eBay, Jumia, AliExpress, Etsy, etc. What mostly motivated my company to acquire CS-Cart Multi-Vendor software for our marketplace is it is a completely customizable out of the box online marketplace, easy to set up (I did myself) and making it unique and professional-looking on a non-recurring cost model. My business model was therefore to have an online marketplace where, independent vendors/sellers have their own admin panels and showcase their products in a shared storefront. The CS-Cart Multi-Vendor edition of our marketplace lets other vendors sell on our site, while we take commissions or monthly fee. We are still launching our company and vendors are still in trial period for letting them experience first our marketplace before we implement our revenue model. Our vendors are impressed by the way CS-Cart Multi-Vendor is very well organized, feature-rich, user-friendly and easy customizable cart software for e-commerce businesses. It was wonderful to see how it was easy to adjust it to Burundian market, language and laws. All users of our marketplace can use and manage it fast, with no problems for people that have no experience with webshops software and online stores. Simply put, we were able to start our e-commerce business with a fully featured dashboard on CS-Cart Multi-vendor in just little effort. Simple and the best multivendor cart software for me. Being able to create an online marketplace with a tight budget was a big jump for us and we are getting what we paid for. We are very happy and we encourage the CS-Cart team to keep with this good work.

Positive: Whether you are a start-up or a well established company, you are able to acquire a feature rich professional tool for your ecommerce with a lifetime license (onetime fee) and super easy to customize. People are always willing to help and technical support is all we need. You need a functionality or feature, add-ons are available and their developers are best friends. One year we are using CS-Cart Multi-Vendor for our shop, we found it very easy to make, customize and maintain. Until now, we did not have any security issue for all this period. The software is very Admin user friendly providing everything that they need to make everything well organised and stands out is there.

Negative: This is only a con for me living in Burundi where payment gateways are not working and making it difficult to process payments online. Payment methods templates are not customized to mobile payment technologies like payment processing using telecoms. Developers did not keep in mind this part of the world when devising payment processing methods for CS-Cart Multi-Vendor based marketplace.

Summary: I tried similar software for several months, was hesitant to purchase CS-Cart Multi-vendor due to the steep price tag. However, in the end, I purchased a license and didn't look back! Between the easy setup and the support, I had my shop setup in less time than any other software similar to it! CS MV had many features I wanted and needed built-in that ALL other software DOES NOT or you have to pay extra for!! Amazing software and they are always updating & improving it. The best purchase I've ever made!

Positive: Easy to configure.
Unlike their competitors CS Cart Multi-Vendor comes with a TON of features built-in.
Support is amazing, fast and reliable!
Video tutorials.

Negative: Some areas could use some work for easier setup; specific Shipping charges.
Support credits can be expensive.
PayPal setup can be troublesome. (However, this is not a CS-Cart issue)

Summary: The software is a very good solution and they bring a lot of new updates and features in a short time.

Positive: The software have a lot of features, beautiful and clean GUI and support a lot of add-ons. The documentation is very easy to understand and you can learn the administration very fast. I have tested different solution and CS-Cart was the best for my requirements.

Negative: Price:
The price is fair, but please think about a subscription model pay per month.

Forum:
Please release support posts in the forum sections faster (maybe more Mods?)

Summary: My experience has been thrilling just learning a new software and running my own business has been thrilling.

Positive: CS-Cart has by far been everything that we wanted in a multi-vendor platform and more . So much adding the possibilities are endless. If your project is huge and and you don’t know where to start CS-Cart is definitely the top option.

Negative: After your credits are up and the free support service, to receive help can be very expensive.

Summary: Be sure you know some basic coding skills. Overall, I couldn't be happier with CS-Cart Multi-Vendor.

Positive: This platform is a great way to start your own e-commence website. It’s very powerful and easy to operate your own online marketplace. Responsive and professional customer support.

Negative: Theme editor need to be expanded. Takes time to learn! Though videos are available, it's still a daunting task to learn it.

Summary: Overall I couldn't be happier with CS-Cart Multi-Vendor. I started out years back using a WordPress solution that just became way too choppy with all the different plugins, bulky code, and whatnot. Moving over to CS-Cart and put everything in one place for me and I'm also excited to move my site to an App eventually!

Positive: What I like about CS-Cart Multi-Vendor is that you could have little knowledge of coding and very easily open and operate your own online marketplace. At the same time, the software is extremely flexible, scalable, and powerful for folks with developing skills.

Negative: I feel that the theme editor could be expanded a bit.

Summary: I am using the Cs Cart Multivendor Plus version and I must say that they have designed front end and back end user friendly and still updating. It was hard in the beginning to choose which platform to use for e commerce, but after we saw the reviews and test it for free Trial i was convinced that this is the one that we were looking for, so we hope that this will help you too.

Positive: For start you have a Free trial before you purchase it. After I test it i saw that this is the Multi Vendor e-shop that i needed. They also have lots of videos to help from the beginning. After that they have a Detailed documentation that you can look for instructions and also FAQ that are also there to help. I find it user friendly and you almost need to know basic programming knowledge to use it.

Negative: For the website everything is good, but they need to improve the Mobile app

Summary: CS-Cart Multi-Vendor is the perfect solution for e-Commerce! I've been using it for a year now. I can safely advise!

Positive: Everything you need for a marketplace in one software! Relatively inexpensive. Convenient for sellers and buyers. Many necessary and useful models. Good support and documentation.

Negative: There are no serious comments. But it would be nice to receive a newsletter in Russian :)

Summary: Very fun editing stuff with out the need of any programming language, style and the layout on the back end, what I really love the most that everything is right there put the box with out the need of any third party plugins, facts that you get help, especially three month technical support, you can't beat that, especially if you don't have any programming background.

Positive: CS-Cart is the most advanced CMS by far. It user friendly, super easy to edit stuff without any knowledge of programming. This is the right tools for this digital age and it's handed to customers on golden spoon.

Negative: This price tag at first really got me, because I was new to it.
