Summary: Are very happy with the product.
Positive: Makes quick work of monitoring files and computers.
Reports are automated and emailed at scheduled times.
Zero privilege allows users to unlock and reset windows passwords without having direct access to active directory.
Auditor is happy with how we use it which makes me happy.Negative: We've only had a couple issues after server updates but Visual Click support was quick to respond and resolve.
