Summary: The platform was easy to use and provided a wealth of information about my website visitors, including their location, demographics, and even their browsing history. This information helped me tailor my website content and marketing efforts to better target my audience, resulting in increased conversions and sales.

Positive: The customer support team was also extremely helpful and responsive, answering any questions I had and providing guidance on how to best utilize the platform.

Negative: One downside I experienced with the website visitor identity platform was that it had a bit of a learning curve. It took me some time to fully understand all of the features and how to effectively use them to my advantage. Nothing a couple of days of clicking around won’t solve though.

Summary: We’ve been skeptical to ditch our long-time analytics software, until we agreed to try GO Show for a period of time, in which we were proven wrong for good, as we get more website analytics and other helpful metrics, for a fair price.

Positive: Analytics are available at your fingertips, anytime.

We appreciate having a system that doesn't waste our time.

Negative: The site is loaded with a lot of information, therefore takes a minute to load.

Summary: My team never got as much visibility of website visitors as we do now, thanks to GO Show. I recommend this software to marketing teams who are struggling to target their ad campaigns to the right audience.

Positive: We get useful insights such as IDs, IP addresses, and more.

Negative: Long-term usability is something we are still deciding on.
