    Company Baits You With An Offer for $10 off then Charges Full Price

    Summary: ByClick needs to honor its offers and also respond to customer inquiries. I'm happy I paid through PayPal so they could refund my money since ByClick never bothered to respond.

    Positive: I have not had ample opportunity to use the product. My feedback is based solely on ByClick's lack of customer service and deceptive marketing practices.

    Negative: After the trial period, this company offered me the product that they originally were selling for $29.99, at a discount for $19.99. However, when I paid for it, they charged me the full amount. They didn't respond to my request for a $10 refund for the difference so I had to file a dispute through PayPal. They also didn't respond to PayPal but PayPal offered me the refund anyway.

    It stopped working and there is no support

    Summary: Overall, when the software is working, it's great. It has stopped working several times in the past and before this last fiasco, there was someone there to talk about getting this resolved. That seems to be a thing of the past. I used to recommend this software to my friends but I'll not do that anymore under the circumstances. Once burned, always skeptical. I always have skepticism about a company that has nobody to talk to when something goes wrong. Unless they fix it for me, or help me get it fixed, I will have no faith in them again.

    Positive: I loved it while it was working. Movies, videos, it downloaded them all and with quality results. It worked flawlessly but stopped working several times. The support that used to be there seems to no longer be available. Their pat forms and answers are a joke. When uninstalling the software and then reinstalling it doesn't work, something is wrong.

    Negative: It stopped working, and I cannot get anyone to help me get it working again. There doesn't seem to be any support for this software. I updated it, uninstalled it, reinserted the license code, and it still does not work. I cannot download anything. I sent out several e-mails, but none of the pre-forms Website) answer forms addressed my concern or my question. "How do I get this software to download again?" I am very disappointed. You would think a company selling software would want to be available for a paying customer. I'm wondering, do they lose interest once they have your money?
