    Summary: We could use Teams for free with our Office license but choose to keep Brosix because it is a much nicer solution to internal messaging.

    Positive: Ease of use
    Lock down for internal staff only
    Nice Themes
    Customize the layout of your contacts
    Support is top notch when necessary

    Negative: Have to reload once in a while but it is super easy to download.

    Secure internal Communications

    Summary: We've used Brosix for many years as a secure internal communication system for our small office. Initially we found it to be the only secure IM platform that was easy to deploy with apps for all our platforms. While there are more options now than 5-6 years ago, we still love Brosix is not tied to "Big Data". We set up Brosix on a "location" basis: Front Desk, Me Desktop, Me Phone, Boss Desktop, Boss Phone, Boss Laptop. But have since moved to single users accounts on multiple devices. We are not using some of the advanced features as they don't apply to our business and because of Brosix's flexible licensing, we don't have to pay for those unused features. Support has been very responsive when we've had some hiccups with our logins (my fault) and with feature requests. (Thanks for the new emoji's!)

    Positive: Scalable/flexible licensing. Able to choose the services we needed. Works on Chromebook, Android and Windows, all the platforms we use daily.

    Negative: Setup can be a little confusing. Multi-presence issues (logged into the same account on multiple devices).

    Communicate anywhere

    Summary: We have been using Brosix for years and it's great to be able to communicate in the office or to our other offices without having to pick up the phone. It is also very practical for group messaging.

    Positive: I love Brosix because I can use it in the office, on my phone and quickly send messages to our other office locations. I couldn't be more happy with this product!

    Negative: There is nothing I do not like about Brosix, it does everything we need.
