Do not use BrightStores for your company Date: Feb 03 2023
Summary: Would never recommend this service to anyone. Waste of company time and money. They tried making us pay for a second period of service after not using them at all.
Positive: Quick to sign up and take your money. Sales team seemed responsive at first but quickly stopped responding once we paid.
Negative: Does not follow through with promises. Unhelpful support and billing department. Their sales team hand waved fancy features in front of our management and got them to sign up before looking at the technical details. Very poor performing platform with little data export import capabilities. Huge waste of time and money.
