    I am a single parent who enrolled my 8 year old in BrightChamps

    Summary: Bad business. They never returned my money for services I paid for in advance. Worst international business dishonest practice.

    Positive: I liked the idea of the coding school for kids. The school was quick to take my money and played games when I requested a refund.

    Negative: They refused to refund my money for services I did not receive. It's very difficult to reach people at BrightChamps by phone or email. They sent a receipt that they refunded my money but my accounts I provided did not reflect the refund payment. Please don't fall prey to these dishonest people. This was my first experience with international business and because of their dishonest nature it will probably be my last.

    Summary: The fact is once my son decided not to continue because the teacher is not capable and boring, they’re dragging the time as long as possible not to return your money. They just say it’s in process over and over again. It’s already 5 months and I haven’t received my money back. So, please parents, do not be trapped in this fraud course!

    Negative: Please do not enroll this course as it’s fraud and scam. They tell you that once you pay in full they can refund your money whenever you feel you want to stop the course.

    Bright champs are frauds and thugs

    Summary: FRAUDS and THUGS.
    They do false promises their services were poor and they are not retuning back money after I cancelled their subscription.

    Positive: None.

    Negative: Do false promises.
    Cheat for services.
    Lesson booking Platform didn’t work.
    Don’t return money back despite promises.
    Don’t contact back once payment done.

    Money refund is not happening

    Summary: Do not enroll in this institute as they will ask to pay full and anytime we can unenroll and they will give the remaining refund.

    It’s a cheating institute.

    They are not refunding $2000 usd for more than a month and dragging as much as possible.

    Positive: Course is good but support is worst.

    Do not use this institute.

    Not recommended and not worthy the fee amount paid.

    Do not enroll.

    Negative: Course was good but I was not able to continue classes due to time unavailability and as promised they were suppose to refund $2000 and it’s been more than a month since I have asked for refund s d they have been dragging.

    Person called Jaya and Manali and worst and not professional.

    Do not enroll in this institute.

    Relentless WhatsApp messages and calls

    Summary: Do yourself a favor and do not give them your contact details. They will abuse the hell out of it.

    Positive: My wife signed up our son for a coding class a year ago, which consisted of the teacher walking our son through the fundamentals of how to play Minecraft. He already knows how to play Minecraft, got bored, and wanted to end the lesson, so that was that.

    Negative: I wouldn't be leaving this review if that's all it was, but the worst part about this company is the relentless WhatsApp messages and calls. I still, a *YEAR* after the class, get calls 2x/week from BrightCHAMPS asking if I want to sign our son up for another lesson, and every time I tell them no and to remove me from their call list. Yet the calls keep on coming. Even if I block their number, BrightCHAMPS will call from another number. I also get non-stop emails from them, and funnily enough their "Unsubscribe" option is not a button, but plain text--there is no unsubscribe option.
