Brevity NDIS Software Description
Brevity has been specifically developed as a Digital Partner for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), ensuring that it meets the unique needs of Australian disability service providers. The Brevity NDIS Software equips these providers with essential tools needed to effectively manage client services in accordance with NDIS requirements. Throughout the design phase, our team collaborated closely with providers like you to tackle their most pressing challenges, creating a comprehensive suite of tools that seamlessly integrates and significantly enhances operational workflows. Additionally, we ensured that our solutions align with NDIS practice standards and operational guidelines, enabling providers to optimize their business processes while maintaining compliance. The NDIS represents a transformative approach to supporting some of Australia's most vulnerable citizens, aiming to assist 460,000 individuals under the age of 65 in accessing the resources necessary for leading fulfilling and ordinary lives. This initiative differs from previous efforts by focusing on the long-term well-being of individuals, emphasizing early investment in people with disabilities to foster better life outcomes down the road. Ultimately, our goal is to empower service providers to deliver exceptional care and support to those who need it most.

HAD POTENTIAL - BUT HAS LEFT US FLOUNDERING MORE OFTEN THAN NOT Date: Mar 22 2024
Summary: Don't waste your money. This has become a huge nightmare especially dealing with the invoicing side of things. So much wasted loss of income and time spent on a system still not resolved.
Positive: Casenoting okay - would have liked Rich text but recording in general good. Easy to check times and add information.
Negative: Support and set up is a nightmare and joke. Repeated requests for support has left us floundering and constantly asking for assistance that gets us nowhere! a 30 mins zoom meeting to sort issues is not adequate or the chat function logs you out and wont let you log in again to speak to anyone.

Severe lack of training and support Date: Jan 16 2024
Summary: We had high hopes to use this program to enable a more efficient workplace. Unfortunately, it has left us frustrated, disillusioned and disappointed.
Positive: The program has potential for the community services industry if they became user friendly and provided better training, they have the bones of a good program.
Negative: Their lack of customer support, once they take your money and stick to their tight training deadlines, its off you go. They are very difficult to contact email only, so if you need help on the spot you have no hope. The level of training is very poor and leave you floundering around in a system that has huge potential if you knew how to use it effectively. The training lacks accommodation of the learning process. The system set up is poorly done, limited attention to detail they don't appear to record how they set up your system to refer to when they need to.

Lower price not worth the angst Date: Jul 19 2024
Summary: Started out well. Increasingly unhappy and looking to change. Support has always been fairly poor and had only gotten worse as they are trying to iron out the bugs with PACE integration.
Positive: The system is pretty good, when it works. Since the introduction of PACE it's going been going downhill fast. OCR, batch import of invoices, PRODA API.
Customisable reports - but no training on how to utilise so lots of trial and error.Negative: Training minimal.

Support slow and terrible. I don't think they actually read the email you send them properly. Several exchanges required to get them to address the actual issue.
When they make changes to the system they don't actually tell you everything they've changed and then try to tell you you're wrong when you're trying to trying to execute business as usual.
