Summary: The team at Boss has been a pleasure to work with and the platform is user-friendly to navigate. The support and service post onboarding has been very helpful to our team as we work through the nuances in our portfolio. They are attentive, responsive and helpful. The set-up and onboarding of companies on the platform are user-friendly. In addition, we appreciate the ongoing conversations with Boss and their receptive attitude feedback for additional features and add-ons to the platform.

Positive: The Boss platform is user friendly and our team is able to easily navigate real-time accounting info for our portfolio prospects. It is easy for customers to click and connect and everything is branded with our company name to avoid confusion with potential customers.

Negative: There have been some instances where a potential company did not have their accounting data readily available format for Boss, and as a result we cannot use Boss 100% of the time (for example, consolidation is done in excel, desktop accounting systems are used etc.)

Summary: Boss Insights is a great partner, has a great team, and we look forward to continuing our relationship.

Positive: Boss Insights’ universal API allows financial institutions and SMBs to benefit from deep insights into the business’s financial data. The single API speeds the lending process up considerably, and the ability to monitor the business’s financial performance on an ongoing basis helps FIs to be a better partner to SMB clients.

Negative: Nothing! Everything has been good with Boss Insights.

Summary: As a challenger bank serving SMBs we knew we needed to work with a data aggregator. We went on the hunt for unique and disruptive solution. Boss Insights' approach to data aggregation is without a doubt one of the most valuable solutions we encountered. Businesses have many ways they collect their information. It can be from financials, tax, banking, sales, payroll. To serve businesses we wanted a real time view with the ability to calculate ratios, show dashboards and personalize recommendations. That's what helps businesses grow. Boss Insights has an extensive yet simple data solution, allowing us to collate the most appropriate solutions for our corporate clients by the way of product recommendations and financial health insights.

Positive: With Boss Insights, our fintech bank has the data and insights required to serve the small business market more effectively.

Negative: The only con that I can come up with, is that for our purpose it took time to build a front end user experience.

Summary: Boss Insights is a great technology partner for anyone in financial services - their platform gathers financial statements, banking information, payroll and tax and gives a platform for business members to connect to the SBA. With Boss Insights - we were able to personalize services to businesses and get decisions out quickly.

Positive: The platform pulled financial details and calculated ratios for faster funding. They automated business member onboarding, data gathering, loan approvals, SBA connectivity, ratio calculation, etc. We saw 60% cost savings and 36% faster funding. It was incredible!

Negative: None - thrilled with the with the service and the team is professional and responsive.

Summary: We came to Boss Insights to get access to a platform for our business customers and to pull real time accounting and banking information. They had us live quickly, respond to any requests. They are great to work with and give us the ability to be have a digital platform.
