Valuable geo compliance monitoring for iGaming affiliates Edited: Mar 16 2026
Summary: As an Affiliate Manager in iGaming, geo compliance is non-negotiable. We previously discovered traffic and paid ads appearing in countries where we are not licensed, which created serious internal escalation and legal concerns.
We implemented Bluepear to monitor where affiliates show up in paid search and which landing pages they use. It gave us earlier detection of geo violations and allowed us to bring structured, timestamped evidence into partner discussions instead of relying on assumptions.
It’s become a preventative risk-management tool for us rather than just a monitoring solution. That shift alone has saved us from several potentially costly situations.Positive: Strong geo-based monitoring capabilities
Provides screenshot evidence for compliance discussions
Helps reduce legal and regulatory risk
Straightforward setup
Useful for highly regulated industriesNegative: Alert configuration could be more granular

Documented brand protection without manual searching Date: Mar 04 2026
Summary: Keeping tabs on how our brand shows up across digital channels used to mean constant manual searching. Took forever and we'd still miss things. Bluepear took that off our plate and added something we didn't have before: documentation that legal can actually use. Timestamps, screenshots, traffic sources, all in one place. We caught unauthorized resellers which caught us off guard. That's the kind of reputational risk that's hard to measure until it becomes obvious. When we expand into new regions or add brands, setup takes minutes.
Positive: System runs 24/7 and collects evidence that actually holds up when legal needs it. Found unauthorized resellers we had no idea existed. Adding new brands or regions takes minutes.
Negative: Would be nice to have more integrations with legal systems, but the basic evidence package (screenshots, timestamps) gets the job done.

Structure in our affiliate program and cleaner attribution Date: Feb 27 2026
Summary: Managing 200+ affiliates means compliance never really stops. Bluepear gave us the structure we were missing. When a partner violates terms, I'm showing evidence, and not just hunches. Makes the conversations easier, and honest affiliates actually appreciate it because it keeps the program fair for everyone. The status workflow helped the team to keep in the loop and stay on top of it. And the automatic re-monitoring after the case is Resolved means we're not just taking it on faith that the issue got resolved. Attribution finally reflects reality now that we're not crediting partners for the return traffic that was already ours
Positive: Keeps partners in line without creating drama. When you show up with evidence instead of suspicions, there's nothing to argue about. Built-in statuses (New, In Progress, Resolved) help the team track open cases without things getting lost. Automatic re-checks save time, don't have to trust that someone actually fixed the issue. Attribution got cleaner once we stopped counting recycled brand traffic as partner performance.
Negative: Took a bit to get used to the status logic at first, but once we figured it out, it made sense.
