    Interesting method of deception

    Summary: Customer support refuses to provide any assistance. After couple of my inquiries, they just blocked my account.

    Positive: SCAM. They've come up with an interesting method of deception - they claim that you can use their services without undergoing KYC.

    Negative: You deposit your funds and enable two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator). While it's added successfully, it DOESN'T work(everywhere works, here doesn't). And without it, you can't withdraw your funds. To reset two-factor authentication, you're required to go through KYC. Otherwise, there's no way around it. So, if a person doesn't want to go through KYC - they just gifting their funds to the exchange.
