Summary: Bitdeer is generally a profitable investment platform. I will recommend it globally. l appreciate their business integrity.

Positive: It isn't a scam. It is legitimately good investment opportunity. You just sit down and make good profit (earning) after a period of time.

Negative: The accelerator mode where your profit is shared after your hashrate plan is refunded. The electricity bill is also tasking, maybe one day they will partner with other electricity firm to reduce the cost.

Summary: Pretty much it was great. Keep it up and keeping the efficiency up is the most critical thing. Rare to find a proper cloud mining platform.

Positive: The mining plans are easy to follow and clear to understand. However the classic plan has hide the profitability rate which is quite suspicious for people.

Negative: Orders can only hold for 6 hours while some of the wallets, e.g. crypto.com needs to sit the wallet address for 24 hours to become whitelist while the payment wallet changes for every order so there's no way you can pay with coins.

Summary: Very pleased to see my Bitcoin position grow, dealing with issues that have always being resolved. Looking forward to exploring more mining options in the future.

Positive: Setting up my Bitdeer mining was user friendly and it’s great to see daily profit and my Bitcoin profile grow daily.

Negative: There can be inconsistent Hash rate returns but overall performance as expected.

Summary: I am satisfied with the Bitdeer service as it provide variety of choices for its users and the mining platform also provide fast payout.

Positive: - Varieties of mining machine choices
- Options for crypto choices
- User friendly
- Choices of mining duration plan

Negative: - Slow customer service (need to contact through mail)

Summary: Reliable partner and easy way to use money that would normally just sit in my bank account. Good way to earn some extra money.

Positive: Easy to use, easy to access via app and possibility of nonstop control over my mining program via included links to actual pool.

Negative: Inability to pay electricity fee for more than 30 days.

Summary: You are a very good company and you need to back like before to give good offers for users like before or people like me they will escape for another company like BitFuFu for example.

Positive: I like everything from Bitdeer because they are professional and they deliver in real time and honestly.

Negative: I don't like when i feel your management changes or changes the way they work. Before when Bitdeer was new they really gave good offers to make users make money and Bitdeer make money. Now the price is extreme high and all the risk on user only so you can't make money anymore like before so company like BitFuFu can lower the price if BTC goes down, and also not sell for such a high price like Bitdeer.

Summary: In my opinion it's the best overall SOLUTION available. The only trustworthy and reliable system I have used.

Positive: Bitdeer makes crypto mining accessible to everyone and has great features. I have been using their service since March 2021.

Negative: They don’t always have miners to chose from. Customer support can be better.

Summary: Easy and overall good to recommend others to be in the Mining solutions. But most of the plans are not available to order, we have to wait to open again.

Positive: Good to have both Standards Plan and Acceleration Plan. Easy to use. Getting mining rewards according to Plans.

Negative: Acceleration Plan can not change pool. According to my 4 months record, ViaBTC is mining less BTC than F2Pool (different around 0.015 BTC). But I can not change pool. (Standard Plan can change.) It will surely affect long time return between BitDeer and me.). Thanks a lot.

Summary: Overall is pretty nice, I believe in Bitcoin and Bitdeer is an easy and great tool to obtain it. Good job.

Positive: The whole purchasing and after sales are pretty smooth. Responding from costumer service is very fast.

Negative: No Bitcoin cloud mining products anymore. Been waiting and waiting but still no list.
