Some of them are Gmail accounts, some are Office 365 accounts, and a few are Webmail accounts, and I was looking for programs to backup them when I came across Email Backup Wizard software on Google. Surprisingly, it includes all of the functions I needed. It does support a number of email platforms. Because I was unfamiliar with the features, I downloaded the trial version and contacted their live chat assistance. Finally, they helped me with all elements of the software. I wanted to backup selected emails to PDF for an enquiry, and your option was ideal. There are various elements in the program that are in high demand these days. As a result, I enthusiastically recommend this software.

    Positive: The software I'm using is called Email Backup Wizard, and it's an excellent option if you need to backup emails from different email domains. This software provides data backup for numerous email applications. The software interface is really simple to use. The program has a filter function that allowed me to backup emails at a certain time for investigation purposes.

    Summary: I am a 70 year old non tech savvy person. I wanted to backup my Gmail emails to locally in readable form as I am going to delete my Gmail account. I discovered their backup wizard but was unable to log in with my gmail account, so I contacted to their technical support person. They were quite helpful with my gmail login and all backup procedures. Then I bought the software, and it worked perfectly. I'm pleased with the BitRecover email backup wizard. I am confident that all of their items will be really beneficial. I'll give it 5 stars. Cheers.

    Perfect Support for my Email Migration Project

    PDF tool doesn't work and no refunds

    Summary: Support is unresponsive and the software doesn't work. The company promises 30 day refunds with active tech support; however, after 11 days of hearing nothing they still claim to be fixing the .eml to PDF conversion issue with no results and no refund.

    Positive: If the software worked, it would save a lot of time! The ability to work with .eml files and PDFs in bulk format with organized attachment handling would be amazing.

    Negative: The .eml to PDF conversion tool created a garbled mess of illegible characters. I tried to apply the refund policy and after 11 days of troubleshooting, tech support was still unable to fix the issue, I had to convert all of my documents manually, and they refused to give a refund because tech support is 'actively working' on my case.

    I got cheated by their "Money-back-guarantee"

    Summary: Software bad, support bad, no solution offered, no refund proceeded - just discussing and hiding behind their "refund policy".

    Positive: Nothing positive to mention at all: I do not know what I should write here as really nothing positive took place.

    Negative: Their "Money-back-guarantee" seems to be a fraud attempt. We had a serious and time risk SQL problem, which we had to solve asap. We decided to try their solution. It did not work at all. So we decided to rebuild the database from scratch. We applied for the "Money-back-guarantee" as we were not able to solve the problem with their software solution. Instead of a honest reaction they started discussing and pointed to their "refund policies". They asked me to analyze with them why THEIR software solution did not work. This is not my task. I am not paid for solving their problems. Overall we lost $299 for nothing. So I have to call out a FRAUD WARNING!
