Easy to use and collates all important information together. Date: Feb 03 2022
Summary: Overall this system has massively helped our company keep on track with where our units are. It makes scheduling reactive jobs easier as you have a full visual for where everyone is.
Positive: Tracking feature is fantastic. Allows you to monitor the teams location to in turn keep the client updated. The teams live speed and driving habits are also shown on the tracking feature. You can run a wide range of reports.
Very friendly technicians who are always there to help.Negative: I have not come across anything that I don't like.

We have saved hours of admin time having everything in one place.
Booking in jobs, completing health and safety docs and job sheets has never been easier.
Hours have been saved by using the stock and equipment section to allow us to easily quote and invoice for jobs on the go.
Using scheduling assistant we are able to be more productive when assigning resources to jobs.Negative: Absolutely nothing we have changed from a business relying on paper to using a system where we can do everything in one place.

Summary: Changing from excel spreadsheets and having to scan in engineer reports to BigChange has made a huge difference. It is now so easy to get the engineers where they're supposed to be, with the right tools and equipment, job histories are at my fingertips, and we can give professional looking reports to our customers.
Positive: Very easy to add a job within minutes and this arrives on the engineer's tablets within minutes.
BigChange can log in remotely to the engineer's tablets to resolve any issues they have (which are usually user error!)
Easy to export to Sage or Xero - no need to pay for integration for a small company like ours.
Very customisable in terms of engineer worksheets and PDF reports for the customer. You have to put the effort in to make these work for yourself, or pay BC to do it for you, but once you've done that they're a very efficient way of recording data and passing on only what you need the customer to see.
Support is great. They always answer the phone. The almost always solve the problem.
They have an 'ideas' portal where users can log features they'd like added. They do add new features regularly. I've been with BC since 2016 and have seen so many improvements.
Their 'university' is great - constant zoom based training which you can also watch at any time if you miss the sessions.
Very rare that the system is down - can count on one hand in the last 5 years.Negative: Purchase orders don't quite work for me as you can't add a product code to each line, and you can't yet match purchase invoices to purchase orders.

Positive: Easy to use.
Combines vehicle tracking and job scheduling.
Job scheduling straight forward and job tracking in real time.
Can be developed to link to external sources.
Frequent software improvements within license.Negative: Great invoicing link from BigChange to Sage but linking to Projects not standard option.

Summary: BC has streamlined our company and allowed us more efficiency that previously.
Positive: The BigChange system is how we run the whole company. We send jobs, track jobs, track timing, engineers, send invoices, track finances etc. etc.
Negative: The ergonomics of the system can be improved slightly, but this is the only thing I can see wrong with it.

BIG CHANGE, BIG MISTAKE Date: Jun 14 2022
Summary: I feel really disappointed and let down by this product, we believe in long standing relationships as many of our clients and contractors can attest to, we was duped by a salesman before we signed on the dotted line and as soon as we had filled out the pro-forma the whole attitude changed, no dedicated manager as promised and ages to get a reply from someone, I feel conned and its really affected by business, I have failed my staff.
Positive: Nothing that other systems cant deliver despite the promises at the start by the salesman, typical pressure tactics to get you to sign up on that day should have raised alarm bells.
Negative: Big Change, BIG promises that they fail to deliver, no help with transition from an existing system and no help at all (unless you pay extra of course) with the bespoke elements of the system that they claim during the sales and onboarding process will be no problem to integrate. As soon as you sign up and the pro-forma and direct debits have been arranged you struggle to hear from anyone. This system has cost my company a fortune and we are going back to our original system as its was far more user friendly and efficient, I will ask all of my staff members to provide an honest non -biased review of Big Change where it relates to their particular user experiences in their various roles, this has been a Big Mistake for a VERY EXPENSIVE system that fails to deliver.
