    It was very good but it became very expensive!!!

    Summary: I was happy but not anymore. I have to pay 6 times more the beginning price. I am disappointed and I have to change system soon.

    Positive: Statistics, easy to use, works in many interfaces, it has many features although I don't use them. I hope to return in the previous pricing.

    Negative: High price if you don't need all the features. Also needs improvements in some features...

    Summary: Worst ever! If you value your resort, hotel, or bnb, do yourself a favor and skip this product. You will be frustrated and it will waste a ton of your time.

    Positive: Calendar is clean and easy to use. Thats about it... You have even a tiny problem and you are up a creek... Zero support.

    Negative: There is absolutely no customer service. You cannot call anyone, you cannot message anyone. You have an email address only to an office in Poland. They take days or even weeks to respond. Even simple issues become amplified because of their horrible support. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. Its tempting because of the low cost... It is not worth it...
