1. I am new to the area, and I could not do this business without it.
2. The online platform creates a seamless network that all of drivers can communicate with our team, and also our riders!

Negative: I wish you didn't have to utilize maps outside of the app.

Summary: We tried with different software before selecting one; not all of them were the right fit, so when we heard about bambi we decided to give it a try.
From day one, we have had a lot of support from all of the team, and it has been a pleasure.

Negative: None I don’t see any cons in Bambi. Every day there a new one features which makes our live easy.

Summary: Overall, Bambi and the team are excellent and I trust them to always do the right thing and help me when needed (even on tasks that may seem "silly" or "simple enough") they never bat an eye.

Positive: Bambi makes running the NEMT business as simple and effective as possible. Not only is the program very user friendly but the customer service team is incredible. They are very responsive and will help you with anything you could possibly need. They are also always tweaking the platform and adding even more features to make Bambi a real standout platform!

Negative: Some features were lacking in the beginning (i.e. texting, trip confirmations, etc.) but they have been in the pipeline since I began using the software and have now become key features for the platform.

From day one, the implementation team was responsive, knowledgeable, and adaptive to the unique challenges of operating in rural and semi-urban healthcare markets. We serve 11 major facilities and hundreds of daily transports, and Bambi’s system has allowed us to streamline communication, track vehicle utilization, and manage multi-level transport types (ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher) with clarity and confidence.

Summary: We have implemented and/or tested at least a half dozen other platforms and BAMBI is by far the BEST! It was as if they heard our many complaints about the other systems and designed BAMBI to fit our needs. Onboarding & training took only a couple of days; other platforms required weeks with endless follow-up. The on-going support is unparalleled. I typically reach someone on the first call, and if they are initially unavailable, someone always responds within the same business day. Other platforms only allowed contact via their help portal which sometimes would take weeks. They are also very open and responsive to our suggestions for added features.

Positive: System is user-friendly. Customer service is readily available, courteous and knowledgeable. Pricing is competitive.

Negative: There are some features that we would like that are still in development.

Summary: Fantastic. The general or overall experience has been amazing. I believe this is the best software to use if you are planning to invest in one.

Positive: Easy friendly to use software for the administrator and the drivers app. the price is reasonable, and the customer support is exceptional

Negative: There is not much cons. There is always room for improvement and perfection, and I see that pretty soon

Positive: I am very impressed with Bambi. It is extremely easy to use and intuitive, making navigation simple for anyone. The customer service team is prompt, friendly, and personable, making every interaction a pleasure. They are always quick to answer any questions I have.

Negative: There are no cons that I have encountered!!!!!!!!!

Summary: Scheduling, organization and billing needs. Also seems like a product that can scale with my needs. Additionally I feel confident that I can train a 6 year old how to use it. Very easy to use.

Positive: As a small business owner having a solution that does so many things like scheduling and producing invoices it a big time saver and saves me a lot of headaches. The team is also so responsive when I have questions.

Negative: Nothing, it’s great. I do not have a bad thing to say honestly.

Positive: The ability to schedule rides and also invoice for billing seamlessly. The ability to reschedule refresher sessions or reach out with questions is also the best option to have in a company.

Negative: The learning curve. But once I got it down it was well worth it!

Positive: Staff is extremely responsive and communicates very well. They are constantly improving and updating to meet customer needs. We believe they will be on the forefront of AI technology to make our lives easier and better.

Negative: We researched all the main NEMT platforms and didn't find any that were perfect. But whatever issues we have found with Bambi they have been quick to fix them

Summary: Customer service is excellent, most emails answered sometimes within minutes. Great company to work with and they are constantly improving and adding new features.

Positive: As a new owner of an NEMT business Bambi was easy to navigate and the scheduling part of the software is very easy and the interface is very clean. The Bambi AI, called "run Bambi run" is a great feature when you have multiple vehicles and drivers. The price per month is a flat rate, not some intro rate and then you need to buy all sorts of add ons

Negative: I would like it to have better reporting features and accounting features. This is in the queue but has not been added yet

Negative: User interface can be improved in the dispatch view to provide more details for live dispatching. Maybe suggestions of how to cover late trips.
