Summary: Excellent, I had problems with some features at first, but the team always helped in solving them, with patience and promptitude.

Positive: Great team, who managed to launch successful projects such as BH Agents (which users still receive weekly rewards during the Tag Chest Lottery) NF-Tim, S-Fit.
They managed to get Cow Cow to launch an NFT collection on their launchpad, the collection was sold out in a record breaking 4mins.
They are preparing to launch their next project, goCharge.

Negative: I didn't agree at first with the Discord channel, but it turns out they were right, because since it's launch, the community grew stronger week by week, with more users bringing plus value to the ecosystem.

Summary: I participate in projects launched by BHero launchpad and I had a great experience everytime.
The team (and the community) is always there to help you through the process.

Positive: - great working team always there for users to clarify questions
- strong community
- incubated projects are verified (DIOR is still required)
- rewards for involved members
- easy to follow and understand technical details

Negative: I don't have any cons. I always got the answers and clarifications that I needed.

Summary: BHero is one of the best launchpad for start-ups on MultiversX blockchain. All the NFT projects launched on this launchpad proved to be successful, all the minting and KYC went smoothly, for me personally.

Negative: - a little pricey;
- sometimes KYC protocol fails.

Summary: I participated at every launch they did. I didn’t have any problems so far. And more are coming. They do a great job at what they do.

Negative: They should be marketing their products more: Bhat and BHero.

Summary: Given the level of involvement of the team, the polished UI, the responsiveness of both the product and the team in tackling the challenges encountered during some launches, I give it a 5-star rating and recommend it to everyone who's looking into a platform to invest within the MultiversX ecosystem.

Positive: - very modern UI;
- very responsive, no glitches when using on a daily basis;
- the work put into the gamification algorithm really paid off by creating a close community around the Launchpad and the leveling-up system within the product

Negative: - during first product launches there were some issues with the performance of the Launchpad but were soon solved by the team.

Summary: As a BHero user if I can say so, I like the good communication with the community, great legal work. Hats off.

Positive: BHero is my favorite project I'm in since day 1. The team is made of heroes that work effortless and drives all the community to great success. As an automotive engineer with little to no experience in web3 and IT stuff, this team made me work harder on myself to achieve the unachievable. Thank you for being here in this time.

Negative: I don't have anything to say something is not as good as I think. The drive of the team is good.

Negative: I didn’t like sometimes the multiplier for every project, some guys could buy a could amount of tickets with only level 1.

I've stayed because I think they seem like they know what they're doing and sure will come into their own when we start seeing launches in a bull market.

Positive: A nice alternative to the core launchpad on MultiverseX and a team very engaged with the community.

Never seem to have delays or technical issues.

Negative: Not been keen on all the NFT sales being FCFS with quite large allotments.

These are few and far between and you can easily miss the opportunity if you're not available for a specific 5/10 minute window.
