    Summary: No one has returned my calls or emails to help get this thing going. It's time to cancel it. Hopefully I can find something else.

    Positive: I don't know. I've been trying to contact them or have them contact me so I can log in and do my job but no HELP. But they charge me for the services that I don't get.

    Negative: Nobody helps the customer after you pay I noticed.
